Love them, all time favorite

I love my Ecuador Hurarache Sandal. They're very cozy and feel like great quality on my feet. I can't wait to try another shoe by Nisolo. They've won me over already!

I wear these at least 3x a week. My faaaaaaaves.

Very comfy once worn in!

I'm normally a 7.5-8 (EU 38 usually fits without socks) and tried both a 7 and 7.5 in these shoes. The 7 was so tight but the 7.5 have only stretched a bit and feel great on my slightly longer foot and just a little loose on my smaller foot. I've had them all summer so I don't think they'll stretch more but will put a heel pad on if needed for the looser foot. Never gotten a blister with these!

i have this sandal for over a year now and it is my very favorite shoe. I wear it for everything but hikes! It looks good dressed up or with jeans. After a few days, the leather has softened and as soon as they wear out, I will buy another pair pronto.

This shoe is incredibly comfortable and a perfect option to wear any season but winter. I wear mine with just about everything from shorts and t-shirts to a more dressy outfit for a night on the town. When you initially get them, they may feel a little tight, but after a couple of wears, they stretch slightly. I have these in two colors and they are my favorite go-to shoe!

These shoes are well made, super cute and actually comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

These shoes are so comfortable, beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. They are versatile. They stand up to miles of wear (I wore them for an 8-hour photoshoot - running around our entire property all day). They are extremely well made. I love my first pair of Nisolo's! I wear a size 10 - 10.5, and the 10 fits perfectly. And I just ordered the Mariella Mule's...arriving in a few days. I love Nisolo! Nisolos are hands down my favorite shoes ever. Four pairs and I haven't found anything I dislike about any of them. Comfortable, hold up well to near constant wear and are beautiful. Couldn't recommend more.

So happy I found Nisolo. These are soooo comfortable and easy to slip on with most outfits. Short breaking in period for me. I usually wear an 8.5- and the 8.5 fit perfectly. They do seem to stretch a bit as you wear them, but after LOTS of wear these aren't too big. Great shoe for warm weather in the city where you don't want your bare toes exposed.

I have had my Huarache Sandals in burnt sienna for over two years now and they're still going strong! The leather has become so soft it's like I'm not even wearing anything on my feet. They're my go-to summer shoes. These took a little breaking in at first, especially since I have wider feet, but they became very comfortable after a few weeks. I am a 6.5 and these sandals fit true to size.

Lovely shoes

I feel it necessary to write a detailed review of the Ecuador Huarache Sandal because simply stating that it's beautiful (which it is!) was not enough for me. I ordered the almond color, which is a light tan color (like Honey Bunches of Oates but lovely haha). To me it looks just like the photo. I ordered a half size down (8) as suggested, and when I first put them on they were tight. I kept telling myself they're supposed to stretch, it'll be fine. I wore them around the house on carpeted areas because I wasn't sure if I needed to order my true size (8.5). By the 2nd day, I reached out to support because the shoe felt relaxed while I was sitting, but the instant I stood up they really hurt. Sarah sent me a review from someone else and she described it as painful and to think of it as Cinderella's step sisters trying to fit into the glass slipper. For me, they only hurt at the front of the shoe (base of the toes), the heel area felt fine. I was able to have all toes flat, so they didn't really feel like they were stacking. After a week of wearing them at home and slightly fitting better, I decided to wear them outside. After a full day of wearing them (I walked about 2 miles), they felt so much better. They were finally starting to stretch! The second weekend, I ended up walking in them more than I planned (about 3 miles) and they felt fine. They're still a cozy fit, but they don't hurt like they did at first. I like them a lot. I've only had them for about 2 weeks.

They fit like a glove, and are super comfy!! They are the perfect summer shoe for casual and business casual attire! Love, love, love!!!

I first saw these shoes in early January - which in New England is not sandal weather. By the time the weather and my wallet were in the same place to finally purchase these, they were sold out. Fortunately, I signed up for the waitlist and as soon as I was notified they were back, I pounced. I love them, and have worn them 4 out of the past 5 days since they arrived. I would say for anyone with wide feet - buy your usual size. I read through many, many reviews (including Nisolo's own) that suggested sizing down, but as I have wide feet with toes that like to spread out, I ordered my regular size 8. This was definitely the right decision. They were tight at first, but the buttery leather is stretching, softening, and molding to my feet perfectly. If you have "normal" width feet, I would probably follow the other reviews and size down, but if you have wide feet, get your usual size. Thank you, Nisolo, for such a beautiful, comfortable, and ethically-responsible sandal.

Love, love, love my new shoes

The leather is like butter! I've walked all around the city and they were comfortable and cute! So many people have commented about how great they look. I love the Burnt Sienna color, it's so neutral! These will definitely be my go-to sandal for the next few years. (P.S. I think a wedge or a wedge with a buckle should be in the designs for next year!) Thank you Nisolo for providing a quality shoe I can feel good about purchasing and having incredible customer service!
