First off, I love the style of these. Ive been looking for a casual shoe that looks dressy but also allows for me to be active in it, and this was about the only shoe Ive seen that ticks all those boxes. Unfortunately these just didnt work out for a few reasons. 1. They are not breathable. I was trying them on with some no show socks and my feet could not breathe whatsoever. I felt like I was overheating and I never even took them outside the air conditioned house. I knew Id be a sweaty mess all summer if I kept them. 2. The heel practically requires you to not wear socks. The heel was slipping off every step with my no show socks. Given point 1, I didnt want to even think about how sweaty my feet would get without socks. The slippage was really annoying. 3. The laces are extremely long. Like, Im talking about 12 inches too long. You could probably send them out with some 24 inch laces and it would resolve the problem. But these shoes come with 36+ inch long laces. They looked ridiculous. Fix these three points and I would totally buy them again because I love the concept.

Shoe is stylish and seems to have a good build. The back of the shoe has zero structure, it's basically just loose fabric, which is comfortable but ultimately not practical and the downfall of this shoe. When I first put the shoe on it was *slightly loose* on the heel but nothing that was uncomfortable. As I wore them the first week the heel started feeling looser and looser. I started really tying the shoes tight. That helped again for about another week. Now I'm tying the shoes as tight as possible and they are still slipping off my my heels. Customer service was friendly but unable to help. Now, due to a product that has stretched, I'm out $130 for a pair of shoes I wore for two weeks and am now unable to wear any more (just wore to and from the office... nothing overly active). I understand not returning the shoe if I just bought the wrong size, but I was hoping customer service would be a bit more understanding given their shoe stretched past it's advertised size.

Love the style and fit, but after only a few wears, the material near my heel has torn unfortunately. Given the price, I wouldn't consider paying full-price for another pair.

Laces tore through eyelets after very light usedesign or material flaw.

Sorry to say that these shoes were too tight for me. As far as style and looks they were what I wanted in a casual shoe. But the fit was not good. I returned this pair. Thank you

They run small. I returned and have not seen the credit come through.

Beautiful shoe, but the throat ripped from the lace guard while I was casually walking. Ive only worn the shoes a handful of times because theyre so delicate and now theyre ruined. Would have given a higher review if they just didnt fall apart. Most likely a product defect and didnt expect this given the price. Feel free to reach out directly and send a replacement pair.

I'm surprised they fit other people. It's my 4th pair of Nisolo, I've always bought 10,5 but these literally fall off my feet. When I contacted customer support I was told to buy insoles (I don't think that's really acceptable). I did, which made the problem even worse. I can't wear them and I'm disappointed they didn't stand behind their product.

At least I have gotten about 30 emails from nisolo nagging me constantly, no matter how often I try to unsubscribe... But good on them for asking me to review a product for which I requested a return shipping label. Thats brave.

They probably gonna get too loose after few uses and they can easily fell off :( I love them but idk ...
