I bought these for my son who is starting a new job out of college. He loves these shoes! So lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for the casual office attire but still look sharp.

The toe box height was not high enough to avoid pressure on my arthritic 1st metatarsophalangeal joint. Nothing wrong with the shoe, just wrong for me.

All men’s shoes should be made lighter, right? Especially for those who travel and are schlepping luggage! And wouldn’t it be better to dance/hike/sightsee/etc if your feet weighed less?!? So in that quest for a summertime shoe, I discovered Nisolo. Lighter? Yes! Pretty similar in design to their heavier counterparts? Yes! Great colors for summer? Yes!

These are not exactly the shoes I wanted when I visited the store, but are a good substitute for another pair that they did not have in my size. I ended up going with a men's shoe (I'm a woman), which I've never done before. They are a bit large for me but that works ok because they're going to be worn primarily in the winter with thick hand knit socks.

These fit slightly bigger than my size so I'm glad that I ordered half size down. Shoes are comfy, compressible for easy packing, but they also feel very fragile. I think that anything might ruin them

This is a well made deconstructed shoe but very tight in the toe box. Hopefully they will stretch a bit with wear.

They definitely pack super flat without compromising the appearance once you unpack and actually wear them. They are very unstructured and that means they have zero support in the insole - so make sure you buy inserts that fit in these if you want a supportive shoe. They looked great at a work conference with khaki chinos and charcoal gray sport coat.

This shoe has really exceeded my expectations. Ive worn them a few times and they really are lightweight and comfortable. The are able to be dressed down with jeans or dressed up with slacks and a blazer. I wore them all day while standing at a trade show and my feet felt great. They have the right amount of cushion and support. I have them a 4 because the toe is a little more slanted than what the picture shows, which translates into kind of a unique look and a little tight on the toes. Over time this may stretch out.

Love the look of this shoe but it's definitely a narrow fit. Curious to see how it holds up over time.

Nice shoes size is too small

I love the look and feel of this shoe! They are so lightweight and comfortable. I ran a marathon and had to teach all the next day; these were the only shoes I could wear and still stand. I have noticed the sole start to wear down over only 3 months of use and am concerned about the longevity of this shoe.

I absolutely love my travel derby shoes. Theyre incredibly lightweight, super comfortable, and can be styled with just about anything. My only complaint is the heavy crease just above the toe box that seems to get worse the more I wear them which is starting to cause a light and dark discoloration pattern. (If that makes sense)

The ease of packing them is awesome. A bit too expensive for still a more casual shoe. This color gets dirty easy and I foresee having to clean them often. So I bought a cleaning kit.

I shouldn't be too critical, but I bought these shoes on Instagram after I saw a very well put together ad showcasing the shoe. I don't feel like they look in good in person as they did in the ad .

These are the perfect travel shoes - comfy and very lightweight. One minor quibble is that the laces are incredibly long. Like double lace 'em and still have some dragging on the ground long. So I need to look into alternative laces but that doesn't take much away from a very nice shoe.

Really like the shoes fit and look, very light and versatile (casual/business casual). But the soles of the shoe are white and scoffed and darkened after one use. It seems they wont be durable long term because the sole is not a hard rubber, more porous.

Attempt to remove a black smudge on my stone color shoes with bubbles from the cleaner you sold me, as instructed, only spread the black mark. Love how comfortable and versatile and miss wearing them.

Attractive shoes but very uncomfortable to walk in.

Love the look of this shoe and the light weight, but the heel just folds down and constantly needs readjusting even though I bought a half size down from my usual size in hopes of a snug fit based on other reviews with similar issues. Ill keep them but wouldnt buy another pair unless the heel was fixed.

These are my daily work wear shoes. Break in is easy and they are comfortable. Wear, feel, and appearance all appear to be high quality and worth the price. Only issues experienced are that the laces easily untie and the healcap/backstay buckels or folds under the heel of my foot which makes it slip off and also causes the leather bulge. Not sure if I ordered the wrong size which I intentionally ordered a half size small.

This is my second pair of these great shoes but this one fits differently. It doesnt hold onto my heel as well as the last and iofs just a little too snug. I can go up a size. The others were perfect. Not sure why such variability. Hopefully they will stretch out!

really nice shoes

These shoes are a mixed-bag for me. I love the design and the look of the material. They are stylish without being too in your face. But I have had a lot of trouble finding the proper size and getting consistent quality. I ordered a pair in my normal size and they seemed too big because they made a weird flip-flop smacking sound when I walked. I ordered a size smaller and got a pair that had a tear in the material where the laces go. I ordered another pair in the smaller size and they are... okay. The material doesnt exactly match on one of the shoes (one part of the shoe is very smooth suede, and the upper is rougher) and the size is a bit too small and they arent really stretching out the way I had hoped. So as much as I want to wear these shoes every day because I love what they look like, I really cant, and because Ive worn them (trying to break them in), Im now stuck with a pair of shoes I cant really wear. And thats a bummer.

First, the shoe looks amazing. This color is just what I was looking for and the white contrasts it nicely. This is great quality suede as well. Now for the flaws and maybe it is just my shoe/foot. After a few weeks of wearing it, the heel fabric has torn. This is because of how unstructured the shoe is. The material, because there is no firmness, has folded over itself and torn a little bit when I put the shoe on. The second main issue is the material between the fabric and the sole, also referred to as the welt. On both shoes, rips in the welt have appeared and have gone to the sole. I am very concerned about this shoe lasting more than a few months. I love this mission and the products of Nisolo but $130 was a lot for a shoe with questionable quality. Tl:dr: great design, questionable build quality.
