The shoe laces break because the metal eye holes for the laces are sharp/ridged & tight so the laces fray and break.. on new shoes. Have replaced the laces and very difficult to find replacement laces that fit threw the very small metal eye holes. Would not buy these again. Manufactures defect that needs to be fixed.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought the same pair a few years ago and they are NOT the same. The construction quality is cheap, there is little to no support and the shoe has absolutely no padding. A complete joke of a shoe that will hurt your foot (and wallet). Do NOT purchase.

Probably the worst pair of dress shoes ever. I had however, very good CH shoes before. Not only they make a sound like woman walking on high heals but also some material used has intense, plastic like smell. I disposed them after 5 uses.
