The description is a bit inaccurate. It says that there is elastic at the instep. There is not. I have the Sharon Dolly and Sharon Dasher shoes which have definite elastic gores. The Sharon Pump has the tiniest bit of stretch across the arch. If you have a high instep, this shoe may not work for you and I would recommend the Sharon Dolly or Dasher. For me, I'm hoping that with time, they will "give" a little more. I love the almond shaped toe box and the heel height. I just wish that Clark's would make their insoles removable to allow for orthotics if needed.

The platform is very hard, no cushion at all. It gave me pain in my heels after 20 minutes.

These are the perfect shoe for me at work where I am up and down from desk at all times of the day, walking all around the school where I work! Love the shade of grey, one of my fave colors. A co-worker liked them so much she went and ordered a pair within minutes of seeing mine. Clarks did it again!

Love these shoes. My shoe size varies between 7.5 and 8. I got the 7.5 in black, and really love it - I cant wear a thick sock with it, but with thinner socks/footies, it feels great. Because I loved the style so much, I tried an 8 in grey - but even with a thick sock, it felt big and slipped off my heel - so I returned it for another 7.5. The style is so pretty, gives me at least an inch or more of extra height, and I like that the toe isnt too wide/square but still doesnt squish your toes. I dont find many shoes that I like enough to buy two pairs - but I wanted to get another pair before the stock ran out!

Cute! however my normal size seems to be about a half-size too small for my foot...trying a half-size larger to see if that fixes the fit issue

I am enjoying the comfort of the shoes. They are a tad bit long but with socks on they fit good.

Super comfortable right from the start. I normally wear Munro 10ww - and the wide size fit great. I get compliments every time I wear them - in fact, I bought a second pair right away!

The shoes were perfect! very comfortable, and just the perfect color! Yeah Zappos...I love buying shoes this way

Fit well but did not love the look

Fit is true to size. Wry comfortable and classic style.

I needed an all around loafer (with a bit of a heel) to wear with nice jeans. I chose gray, to go with blue and black and light gray. They are comfortable. I was wishing for a pillow-ie soft sole but they come short of that type of feel. I wore them all day yesterday, doing errands and the shoes were good.

The shoes were very nice but the pointed toe didn't work. I have a weird left foot. Otherwise they would of worked very well

These Clark’s are Soo very comfortable from the minute you put them on. They are stylish yet they can be worn all day!! I would recommend the suede as they are the softest on your instep . I have them in grey, beige, navy and black ! They are my go to shoes when I will be on my feet for many hours and still want to look fashionable ! You will be happy you own them !!

Material is so soft; fits like a dream - cushions each foot so well and very stylish. I would recommend these shoes to other ladies

Beautiful and comfortable

This is a beautiful shoe but runs a half size small with a narrow toe box. If you find the size that works, it is a great value.

It was too big for me so I am reordering in correct size.

Overall I love these shoes. My only issue is that there isn’t any give at the top of the foot with these. The material is not stretchy like the black pair I have. I’m hoping over time it will loosen up! Overall I love these, the look is great for dress pants and jeans. Very comfortable under foot and I can wear them a full workday.

Cute shoe, but it was so narrow I could only fit my foot into it with great difficulty. Disappointing since other versions of Clark's Sharon shoe fit me just fine.

I wanted to love these but they were so hot! I have other suede shoes so I don't understand. Cute and comfy but after about 2 minutes of walking around the house, I felt like my feet were burning up.

The band across the top was very tight. So, I ordered this wide size. Shoe was very comfortable, but the band was still tight and uncomfortable on the top of my foot. Also, I didn't like the look of this shoe - it sort of looks like house slippers.

I love the style, but the band across the instep cut into the top of my foot and was uncomfortable.

Just got these and unfortunately have to return them. The fabric satiny strip across the top of the shoe has no give to them whatsoever! The shoe overall looks and feels great, I just wish they’d chosen a fabric with a little give or just kept the leather throughout. Very disappointed
