this shoe runs small.

I wanted to love these shores but they were very hard to put on, tight in the toe box and the heel slipped up and down. Nowhere near as much cushioning as you’d think from the photo. Returned them.

I plan to return these shoes. They look nice. However, they are very uncomfortable. Along the top of my foot they are really tight, There is a red line where they squeeze my foot. I planned to take them on a trop but I could not wear these all day. I have many pairs of Clarks shoes and thought these would be comfortable for lots of walking on a trip. Big mistake.

The shoes fit and I would have kept them except they were too hard to get on and because there is no elastic goring at all. The fabric doesn't give when putting them on and taking them off or when walking, which also created pressure/rubbing on the top of my foot. And, trying to put them on while wearing a sock was impossible. I own about half a dozen pairs of Clark's shoes of a similar style, and they all have elastic goring. Too bad these didn't.

These are not for people with a high instep. Couldn’t get the shoe on and it was my normal size.

I love the look but the shoe is smaller than expected. If purchasing I would suggest 1/2 size larger. Wish they would stock more wides.

Gorgeous gorgeous beautifully made shoe and I was very sad to return them- I have somewhat high arch and there is no elastic or give in the top part of the shoe. Shoe fit perfectly except way too tight across top of mid foot. I really hope Clarks makes version with elastic- I love Clarks shoes!

They are so narrow that I couldn’t even try them on. Super disappointed because they are so cute!

I like the style of this shoe, but the opening is so small and tight it is almost impossible to get your foot into it. There is no elastic or give at all, so it feels uncomfortable across the top of your foot.

As with other Clarks, shoe felt too big. Also, inside feels cheap but then again it is not an expensive shoe and may be a good shoe for non finicky feet!

My heel slipped up & down on these. The toe box was a little cramped. Not sure why these get good reviews. Going back!!

Felt and looked cheap.

The sizing for these shoes is quite inconsistent. I kept the gray in the same style and size but the black was very tight. Very comfortable shoe if it had fit.

The fit and size were way off....have worn a 10M for the past 30 years but couldn't even get my toes past the opening. Love the looks but unfortunately these are being returned.

They are too tight! I bought the exact same shoe in Black at another store and the 8 fits perfectly. Have to return them.

They're very pretty, but much narrower than other Clark loafer style shoes. I will be returning them.

The shoe put uncomfortable pressure on my big toes. Had to return. The construction results in a hard rigid shoe.
