Shoes were too tight and too short, even though I ordered the size I previously have ordered.

Ordered 10W. Too narrow for my wide foot. Returned

These were just too narrow. I have not had this problem with Clark shoes in general.

It is truly a shame that Clarks doesn't offer many half sizes above 10. I wear a 10.5 (and the 10 is too small and 11 way too large).

I have only a small complaint about the shoes - the strap to fasten them should be a little longer.

I normally wear a medium but this was narrow feeling and I COULD NOT fasten the strap across my instep. I like it's appearance, especially the velvety accents.

Ordered my usual size in Clarks 10W. Squeezed my foot. Returned.

My old pair of Clarks Mary Janes was very comfortable, but the sole broke off. So I tried this pair and found out that the new Clarks Mary Jane style has such a huge toe box that there was a half inch gap between the shoe and the top of my foot.

Received shoes in an Amazon plastic bag. Shoe box was smashed and torn in one corner. Very poor presentation. The shoe is comfortable but runs a bit small. Need to order a half size up. The strap is way too short. It kept coming undone because there was very little strap to attach to the velcro. Sadly, I need to return the shoes.

Features a hard plastic molded footbed, claiming to provide "ultimate comfort." Perhaps this would be true for someone with arches, but a flatfoot like me ends up with sharp edges in tender parts. Alas! Because Clarks was a go-to brand for me.

This shoe had a small narrow toe box and a wider loose heel. Very stiff in feel and I think that if you could fit into it, it would cut your foot on the top. G oing back

The edge of the heel is to high, stiff, and caused blisters. I can’t return the shoes because I got rid of the box already.

The shoes were too small; toes rubbed and the arch felt crammed in.
