The material inside the shoe was smooth and durable it could use longer velcro straps but overall it was a great shoe thank you

Great fit! I have been ordering shoes forever from Zappos trying to get a good fit and unfortunately having to return them until now. Thank you Zappos for being understanding!! I am 68 yrs old and have problems with my feet. I need a wide toe box, but have a narrow heel, high arch. I also have neuropathy in my feet. Therefore, I give much attention to my shoes. I have tried very expensive shoes only to find out a few months down the road they too hurt my feet. Clarks shoes fit me very well as long as I get an 8 1/2 Wide. Not many shoes come in Wide and not many of the Clarks shoes do either. I was lucky enough to find these in a Wide! These are very pretty and feel great; roomy toe box and good arch support.

I bought these for my daughter so she’d have a dressier pair of closed toe shoes for fall/winter. They fit her well and the gray goes with just about everything.

These are perfect right out of the box. Adorable but also so comfortable and perfect fit!! I’ve worn them 3 days straight at work standing all day and not problem!! Feels comfortable as slippers but awesome support. You will love them!!

It's a nice shoe but I have foot problems so it wasn't for me.

The shoe is stylish and comfortable except for the fact that it hits my bunion so I cannot wear them.

These shoes are well made and stylish. Unfortunately, I have to return. I liked the look of these shoes and was hoping the W width would have enough room in the toe box. I have found WW the best fit but this particular shoe does not come in that width.

I found the sizing generally right Except for the style. The toe box curves inward too much leaving inadequate space for my toes. And the heel area is a bit wider than ideal for my narrow heels. I liked the appearance and the workmanship but I am returning due to lack of comfort for my feet.

They fit good and I really like them.

I have arthritis in my big toe and the top of the shoe cuts right across that part. I absolutely loved the style of this shoe and desperately wanted it to fit.

very comfortable, fits well, but they look somehow much clunkier in person than in the ad. I wear a size 12, and maybe they would look good on much smaller feet? They are very mature looking in person.

The quality is great, very well made. I bought these for heavy duty walking in Europe.

These are nice shoes. They seem to fit true to size and I think they will be comfortable. I would not call the color I ordered dark grey so I am disappointed and still deciding whether to keep them. The color is more like a dark stone or almost olive to me. I would definitely not wear them with grey pants but they are neutral and would go with other colors so I may keep them.

It was so wide that the strap didn't even touch my foot when I fastened it. I did walk around in them a bit, and they seemed nice and cushy, but just too big.

Oh how I want to love these shoes. However, the size 10 wide was too narrow for the ball of my foot. Have to return.

Looked to be good quality, but too small and narrow. Even with the adjustable strap, it didn't work out.

The front of the shoe looks kind of bulbous, so I don't find this model attractive.

Loved this show but even sizing up one size, the short ran "short." Width was perfect
