The color says Crystal Blue. It also looks blue online. It arrived and it's mint green. The handles are already wearing after about two-weeks of low wear. The leather looks like it is stained and dye rubbing off. I can't return it, if I could I would as the price was Ok yet I'll go back to Coach next season.

I ordered 3 different purses and each one was defective in the same area - the inside lining was lifting and unglued in some areas - I was so upset because the color was beautiful and I loved the size and handles.

Not lined. Inside clip to close handbag is impossible to use unless you're a contortionist with absolutely no nails.

This is my 7th Kate Spade bag I have bought. But this will be my last. It is not easily seen in the pictures.......but the purple inside bag (does not match the red bag at all) is quite purple. The bag looks like a knock-off. Look carefully at the inside bag before you purchase.

At first, I loved this purse. It is a great size, lightweight for it's size, and material is great. However, recently I started noticing I was missing small things...loose change, bobby pins, necklaces. Well one day I emptied the purse and noticed the bottom piece had come up a little bit so i lightly ran my fingers along the edge. The bottom piece is GLUED down and the glue was coming up so all my stuff was going underneath and getting stuck! It is also held down in the corners by the four feet, so it doesn't completely come up so I can't even see if anything else is still under there cause I'm still missing a necklace. I was very disappointed in this. For a $400 bag, I expected it to hold up longer than a few months.

The color does not look anything like it's shown in the picture. I'm the image it looks like a warm beige, but in real life it looks like a mottled, sickly, pinkish-peach.
