Only has small zipper section, not enough pockets or sections.

The cross body strap is too short to be functional. That, combined with the lack of interior pockets was why I chose to return it. But aside from the lack of functionality for me, it's a beautiful bag and very, very well made. I wanted to love it, it just wasn't what I was looking for.

The color was noce, the size was good and the style was nice. Price was great.

As expected with a Kate Spade bag. Great price.

Nice bag, just wish it had more pockets to keeps my things inside more organized. My previous Kate Spade bag had that.. Doesn't close at the top either so not very safe when shopping or walking through the city.

Beautiful bag, nice size, stylish. Only one zipped pocket but it's pretty deep and can hold a wallet phone and keys.

Great quality bag. Pretty interior color. The handles are a bit small. Wish there was 1 more pocket inside. Overall very nice.

This is a beautiful bag! My ONLY slight complaint would be calling the size "Extra Large". To me, this is a "Large" bag. I think of "Extra Large" as briefcase size. Unfortunately, this is not quite that big.

I love the pop of sunny yellow, appreciate the zipper section where I can hide my messy stuff. I'd call this a medium bag...it's not super huge and while it wouldn't hold my lap top it does hold a lot of stuff.

I was so excited to get this bag. I normally only order dark colors and I am a HUGE Kate Spade fan! I have only had this bag a short while and it appears the pink coloring is wearing off. I tried cleaning them off because I thought I had rubbed up against something, but the damp cloth I used - with only water on it had pink coloring on it. If it wasn't for this issue, I'd give this bag 5 stars. The quality just isn't there with this bag and now I'm left with a pink bag with gray marks all over it.

I bought this purse in Crystal Blue and while I love the design and features of the bag, the color is very disappointing. More of a light mint green than the powdery blue shown in the pictures. I couldn't return it since it was on sale. I am still using it but consider it an expensive mistake.

I like this bag. I don't love it. For its size it should accomodate more stuff. It doesn't. So I don't love it. . It is too big for just a handbag and too little for a work bag. Well made though.

Beautiful purse, perfect size, color is pretty. I do wish it would have a zipper closure instead of just a clip. It also tends to fold weirdly on the back side where the zip pocket is. I don't know what to put in that pocket because everything I keep in there shows through the purse on the back. I don't like that and for that reason alone, I am thinking of returning it.

While I love Kate Spade this bag disappoints it's just not large enough They should classify this a medium satchel

It is much smaller than expected and the kate spade letters have fallen off.

Does not come with garment bags anymore, just plastic bag now

This is a lovely bag, but as others have stated, there are serious quality issues with it that I have not experienced with Kate Spade bags in the past. I have ordered two in two different colors and had to return both the inside stitching on the first bag began to unravel the first time I used it and the second bag arrived with a giant scuff on the center front and something caught in the stitching. Customer service has been great both times, but this is certainly not the Kate Spade experience I am familiar with and certainly not at this price point.

Let me start this off by saying I've purchased many other Kate Spade bags and have never had this issue. I purchased this a couple months ago in the crystal blue color, a couple weeks later I went to clean it like normal I followed all of the cleaning instructions but the color just came right off. I've been afraid to even clean the rest of the bag due to this issue. I'm guessing when the leather was dyed it didn't fully penetrate but to say I'm disappointed is an under statement.

I been wanting this purse for so long, and i finally got it. But, i am really disappointed. Within a week of getting it. The handle started peeling. I had to exchange it and I'm scared this one is going to start peeling too. It's a beautiful color and size but the material is not that great
