The length was fine, even too long. But the toe box comes to a point too soon causing a rub on the small toe side of the foot. Wide feet need a boxy toe and not a pointed toe.

I bought a pair of boots that were 4e wide. Then i bought these a few months later for work and are supposed to be 6e and my feet feel cramped and to tight.

Solid shoe but comfort for daily wear on cement is about a C+ grade.

I asked for 4E, but the shoe still fits like a normal non 4E shoe.

I think that the width is not what it seems. I wanted extra wide. The shoes are tight.

They rub on your ankles. But they're definitely non-slip. Was the only work shoes I could afford. With the money the company I work for gave me.

Seems not enough padding. I'll try getting an Orthotic or Dr Scholls and see if helps.

I normally wear a 16AA. Because of plantar fasciitis I have an orthopedic insert and my foot needs more room in a shoe. I thought a 17 Medium would provide that. Perhaps no shoe on earth would be comfortable now, but this 17 feels no longer than the 16 (and holding them sole-to-sole seems to confirm that).

I am baffled at how this shoe can even be tagged as 6E when it isn't even close to that. It is so similar to the NB that I usually buy but those have been out of stock for a while now. It is so frustrating not being able to find shoes locally and having to go through the buy and return and buy and return.

My husband is used to a different style New Balance for both work and play. He felt the insoles for this style were too hard, which made them uncomfortable. So, they were returned. They were smart looking though.

You are no longer stocking the width I need in the size I wear so I have been trying to find something that will work in this shoe but not having much luck. Otherwise it's been a good shoe for me but if I can't get it it's a moot issue.

I'm a school custodian on my feet 8 hours a day, walk between 14,000 to 20,000 steps every day. These shoes are comfortable and really like the non slip sole. Realize these are manufactured leather not real cowhide so their are pluses and minuses to that, The shoes are very easy to wipe clean and very durable But the "leather" will not stretch at all so if you have any bone spurs or bunions these she's may not work for you. The padding on the tongue is very thin all my other New Balance athletic shoes have much thicker padding. New Balance doesn't offer any work shoe in narrow sizes. Also after 1 year the sole is starting to separate from the upper. Other than that the shoes have worn well. I found another manufacture that offers work shoes in narrow sizes and will give them a try. However will continue to go to New Balance for the athletic shoes that they offer in narrow sizes.

I needed some shoes for walking all day, I'm a mail carrier for the post office, and these are only comfortable for about the first 2 miles or so. After that they start to hurt and by the end of the day they're a nightmare.

I wanted them for work. They feel good but the toe on the right front shoe is coming loose like it wasn't glued down properly.

Order was delivered in 5 days. Unfortunately, too small and had to return and reorder. Disappointed because it said Free returns on website but I was charged $5 or $6 for the immediate return. Plus within minutes of placing that order, I realized I ordered the wrong size and called. They would not change the order, so that was a hassle.

Nice looking and well constructed, but absolutely no arch support. Also, the padding on either side of the ankle is rigid and uncomfortable. Not the shoes for me, although I wear New Balance pretty exclusively.

For me they were no good. I got them for work and wore them 2 days. By the end of the second day my feet were in much pain. The top of my feet to be specific.

I bought 8.5 (my regular size) and didn't fit well, so so I gave them to an employee and came for the size 9. Same thing. Now I'm trying to get used to them, but it's not cool to keep thinking about your comfort in the middle off a rush in the kitchen, that shouldn't be part or your headache. If I ask me, I'll not buy those a third time.
