Couldn't wear them. They were way too narrow. And there are no options for a wider shoe.

Narrow, tight, and fits two sizes too small. Probably needs a 5 year break in period. These boots were like putting on hardened plastic ski boots similar to ice skate rentals. No movement or flexiblitiy in the boot. Ordered a size 9 and fit like a 7. Would not recommend. It is a shame because they are wonderful looking asthetically. I repeat, very very narrow. Unwearble.

These boots run a size too small. Unfortunately I tried wearing the size I normally would wear and am now stuck with boots I can never wear again.

Heel came unglued in the first few weeks. Retuned them to Sportchek due to them not having them in stock to replace them. Messaged Northface online and they couldn't tell me if the Falcon Brown had a one piece heal or not, and was also unwilling to price match the sportchek price to try a replacement pair. Poor construction on the black. Avoid if possible!

Super tight in the toe area. I own severally different pairs of NF boots and these are the only ones that do not fit.

Runs way smaller than expected. Very tight and uncomfortable.

Had 3 pairs fail in the exact same manner with the soles separating from the shoe itself. Really loved the comfort, warmth and look but ultimately cannot recommend buying as sub par gluing methods/material render the shoe unusable within a month.

The finger loop tag ripped off the back the very first time my husband tried them on. They were also too small eventhough he has worn the same size that I ordered since he was a teenager. Definitely going to return these.

Fit was way too narrow - I don't have wide feet either. These are also a different, smaller size 10 than other North Face shoes I have. I returned two pairs of these before giving up.

Your feet will get wet in this shoe walking in < 1" snow. This might be good for running errands or casual wear. Treat it like you would a sneaker and don't count on water resistance.

Comfortable but not recommended for snow.

Worst sizing of any shoe I've tried on in the last 20+ years. Super small and super narrow.

I had to return them and buy then in a whole size bigger and they still are way too narrow for a human foot and crush your toes.

This is too narrow for a regular feet. All brands I wear medium width but this more narrow and it hurts with regular size.

North Face quality control is usually consistent with sizing on their clothing/footwear. Not this time. The fit runs small so you'd need one size larger than you would typically wear. Although the quality is there it doesn't really matter if the shoe is too tight and does not fit. Plus the black colourway has most sizes out of stock and TNF customer care has no info on if or when the shoe would be restocked. Would only recommend if you found the correct size.
