Hi , these boots were a replacement boot from North Face . When I ordered them I saw that they were running a bit narrow so I ordered one size bigger which was 11.5 . Well 11.5's were ridiculously narrow and hard to get my foot into the boot . So I returned them , no problems with the return . And the ordered a size 12.5 , perfect . They fit well . I will using them mostly for Motorcycling and non work related stuff , so they don't get all messed up.

Hard to believe this shoe is so narrow. For me this is a design error. All my shoes are size 9.5.
Even another North Face shoe is also 9.5.
The quality of the product seems to be great, but the size is very poorly designed.
Unfortunately I will return it.

Really wanted to like these boots, but the North Face sizing is comically off the mark. I have long worn size 14 in North Face shoes with room to spare and my feet barely fit in these. I would say they are closer to a real size 12. Unfortunately for me, there is nothing larger than 14 to even try. Hoping for future updates to sizing that match with rest of world norms.
That said, the boots look nice and well built.

Love the look of these boots but they run small and are narrow around the toe. My boyfriend wears a size 10 (regular width), but I ordered an 11 based on other reviews. The 11 was still too small. I then ordered an 11.5. The length of the shoe fit, but it was really tight around the toes. I ended up returning and will try to find something better fitting.

Use these boots daily at work. A couple weeks after purchase, the bottom portion of the sole began peeling off. Other than that good build and style

Boots are narrower than expected, so a 1/2 size up was needed. There's not much arch support, but they are still comfortable to wear for shorter periods. The first pair of boots I received had a manufacturer defect, so I had to go through the return process and buy another pair. There's a strange bit of material in the toe box that hangs, but it goes away after wearing them for a bit.

I had to return - I should have listened to my gut and purchased at least a half size larger. While i like the look and quality, they were just too small and tight on my feet. I normally wear a 10.5, and sometimes an 11 depending on the Brand.
Also, I returned the next day and have yet to see a return on my credit card... I'm giving it another week.

This is a good show. Unfortunately, my feet felt tight towards the end of it, causing my toe nails to hurt my other toes, and i had to return it.

The shoe size fits, but the width of these are too narrow. My feet size and width are pretty standard, but these are narrow to the point where the widest part of my feet start to feel numb during wear.

The boots felt like they were constructed from high quality materials, and the overall impression is one of very high quality. They also look very stylish and could be worn in a variety of settings - urban casual to country trail. The issue I had with them is that they are quite narrow and did not fit the width of my foot, which I would say is average.

I'm a automotive detailer I live in Washington state and I work in all different types of weather mostly cold wet the boots are water proof but not very warm within about an hour and a half at 30F my feet are cold. And on another note something Musta happened in manufacturing one shoes slightly narrower than the other generally not happy with the boots I would not recommend them

Love these boots, but they are way too narrow at the toe, and had to return them. I wear size 10 regular width, and tried exchanging them for a size 11, but even those felt too narrow.

I find it difficult to find a good, not-bulky winter shoes. I saw this one online and was very excited. When it arrived, it wasn't a lot different. I returned it.

I use these for casual wear during the cold winter months. They look great and are warm. The sizing is abnormally off, half to full size up. I own other NF boots that fit normally with my regular shoe size. I had to swap out the right foot shoe at my local TNF store bc I could barely walk in it when I initially received them. The left foot shoe was fine. I'm keeping them bc it's hard to find a casual athletic boot with the hope they break in well enough.

I wish these sizes were in fact true to size. I am a 12, always, these don't fit and there are no 12.5s in stock, so this is disappointing.

Stylish and comfortable, however they are absolutely not waterproof, nor water resistant for that matter. Learned this the hard way cycling in the rain.
