Perfect everyday shoe, but does not keep my feet warm in the colder times. Usually wear a 71/2 and I'm able to wear two socks while still being comfortable.

Much better than average boot. Attractive, Comfortable, warm in 30 degrees with light socks, good style, good tread.
If I could change anything, I would add a short zipper on inside of ankle. A little slow to put on, but easier to take off.

I was looking for winter boots without the heavy weight and these are perfect. They fit great and feel so comfortable. Absolutely love them!

Order a 1/2 size up and you should be fine, I love these boots over all.

I wanted a pair to wear for those long cold night walks in the city. Didn't want to wear my bulky tracking boots, so this stylish pair was a great choice. The sock part is comfy, it makes it hard to just slip this on/off, but again I bought this for the looks, and the price makes up for the comfort.

I have not hiked in these boots yet, so the jury is still out on how the activity will actually translate. But so far, walking around the house, they feel comfortable. Two things to know, however: there is absolutely no supportive insole. The foot bed liner is completely flat but can easily be removed and you can then insert your own orthotic. Second, order a half size up, especially if you intend to use a hiking sock (even light weight).

The design is cute, love the laces. However, they're not waterproof. When something says "waterproof" I expect my feet to stay dry (like rain boots). If you stand in a puddle your socks will get wet. I would rate these as more like "water resistant" because the boot doesn't stay soaked after it gets wet. But water will go through to your sock.
At the suggestion of other reviewers, I bought these a half-size larger than I usually wear. I don't think I needed the half size up for regular socks, but it helps if you plan on wearing thick socks.

Love the style, comfortable. They run a little small, I went up 1/2 size, perfect.

My TNF shoes, size 9, because after reading some reviews I decided to buy 1/2 size up. Which I had to return and order my usual size. Today I tried my boots during the heavy rain outside: the shoes stayed completely dry. It's requires a little bit of effort to putt the boots on because of knit collar; not a big deal. I did not feel any discomfort using this boots 4-5 hours daily. I would really recommend these boots.

These are suitable for walking around town or a hike through the woods. Good soles and support. I wish there were a little more cushioning as my feet hurt towards the end of the day after a lot of walking. I like that the fabric top keeps debris out. No more pulling rocks, thorns and twigs out of my boots!

My regular size in North Face is 9. After reading all comments I ordered two different sizes, 91/2 felt too big. I'm wearing my boots with skirts and pants. Very comfortable and versatile shoes.

Ive got a couple of the Ballard lace II shoes and loved them so much the tread is completely worn, so when i saw these online I gave them a try! Great shoes but my only comment is they changed the top of the shoe to a sock like ankle instead of a typical tongue that you can open up. Not the end of the world but I prefer the previous style.

I love the design and sock top, but the boot was very narrow, even with laces. I returned since I have wider feet and talk arches which is uncomfortable with this boot.

Unfortunately, returned these boots. They are very nice, comfortable and warm. However, was not happy with the ankle support. The top portion of the boot is like a sock pull over and doesn't have much structure nor support, even I tied it as tie possible it wasn't giving the support. These would have been boots if instead of the soft sock like material it was structured like the rest of their boots.

They were so cute, but not comfortable and not easy to get on.

Felt tight and small, not the most comfortable. Wish I could have loved them!

I really like these boots. They are comfortable and easy to put on. I got a size 6.5 and 7. I normally wear a 6.5 and it fit just fine. I got a 7 because the reviews but it was way too big. Well I finally took these out in the rain/snow and I have these weird stain on my boots now. I'm not sure how to get rid of it. I tried to clean it with water, and then soap & water but it does not come off. I'm disappointed in how easily stained these got from just being out. Not sure what to do now.

I am usually a 9.5-10 and the 10 was too small for me. The color was nice and I like the lace up and sock like part on the upper. Very lightweight.

These are very cute and comfortable, but definitely NOT waterproof. I stepped in one puddle and my toes were immediately wet. I specially bought these because they say they are waterproof directly on the boot so I'm not super happy about that. However, the are very comfortable and warm.

For sure I'd give a 5 star rating for cuteness but sadly, they were just too difficult to put on for me. Once on, they are adorable and comfortable though. End of day, if you don't mind taking a chunk of time to put on boots, I say go for it!

I love these boots, the comfort is better then expected. However, the sizing is troublesome. I am a 7.5 but got a 8.5 due to the reviews and they are tight. I ordered a 9 as the stores in my area have 0 inventory. I love the 9 for my feet but the ankle is loose and I am unsure if I will keep them. I have tried thicker socks but I don't like the look of the "bulkier/roomier" ankle.
