Very nice and comfy. Got a size bigger

I originally am a size 6 but I had to return it and size up for a 6.5. Waiting for the 6.5 in the mail now, BUT they are super cute and look very practical so I'm excited for the ones that actually will fit.

Awesome product! I love them! I ordered size 5.5 and the were a little tight , so I returned an I got size 6. They look BEAUTIFUL, fast delivery too.

Went on a glacier hike, black beach hike, falls, cliffs, sand & even lava fields in Iceland and these boots held up pretty well. They're comfortable, light, & adorable. Highly recommend these boots.

Pretty good boots. I wear an 8 1/2 shoe and these feel true to size.

The boots really look good. Nothing to do with the traditional ugly snow boots. Good choice for people who needs grip and waterproof boots but without sacrificing style. I bought them for my wife and she has been using them during the winter with no issues so far

I bought my first pair of these boots back in 2014 and I wore them nonstop till I literally wore the soles down to be flat. The style changed, so I took a break but never quite found a boot as good. Super happy North Face went back (mostly) to the style of my first pair. They are different, but I'm happy and I've not taken them off since they arrived. Keep my feet warm and are comfy!

Super cute shoes. True to size, but very narrow.

Great looking boots but hard to get on. Also a little tight at the front where the seem is for the toes. Hoping they will stretch a bit otherwise can't see them as being my go to boot.

The boots are comfortable and in my opinion true to size. Obviously, understanding than when you buy boots for the winter you have to consider socks and a little space so your toes don't suffer. So while for sandals I buy size 5, for boots I always buy 6. This was not the exception. A size 6 worked perfectly. However, the shoes are a little tricky to put on and because they have the grey extra thing on top it looks weird when you have tall socks.

Bought these for my recent trip to the Yucatn. They are super cute but just know that the tops squeeze a bit and leave a mark after you take them off. Figuring out how to wear socks with them was interesting. I sized up half a size based on reviews and am very glad I did. Overall a nice boot that got compliments. I think they also worked very well with shorts.

Cute, but functional. Not totally waterproof, but they held up pretty well during a winter trip in Ireland. If you're thinking about getting them, get them. They're worth it. Size up! Half a size is enough. (And then you can wear wool socks and use toe warmers during the coldest days.)

These boots are true to size but very narrow. If you have narrow feet, don't size up unless you intend to wear thick socks, then only go up a 1/2 size. If you have wide feet, choose a different style bc they probably won't fit correctly. They're flat inside and not very cushioned. These are a fashion boot and not a hiking boot. They are WP with good traction.

These are super cute but weren't as warm as I needed them to be. The laces were also a little difficult to loosen up enough to get my feet in.

I really liked the original Ballard boots. They were comfortable and easy to take off and on. This look is great and I would love it more if the boot didn't have the cloth attached to it that makes it harder to take off and off conveniently. Otherwise it's a beautifully crafted shoe.

It is nice and warm and super cozy. But I feel like they run a tad bit small.

This is a nice looking, casual boot, which is just what I was looking for. They aren't super comfortable and run a bit narrow, but maybe I just need more time to break them in. They seem to be very warm and waterproof so far.

I really love these boots. The color is beautiful, the material is soft, and the soles feel very sturdy. I'm still breaking them in, so I think there might be some stiffness left to work out. I've worn them many times since I got them, but never really in the snow or inclement weather, so I can't speak to that. Other than that, I would definitely recommend these.
