Too heavy. Too bulky. They ripped in 3 different spots in less than a week of use. I emailed customer service and never got anything back.

Had these for a month and they are NOT water resistant. They are NOT durable. Came with white stuff all over. Super disappointed with this product.

Shoe lasted about a day before it started to unglue itself for various pieces of the shoe. Was water proof for about a day before it could take the abuse of strictly walking around. 10/10 would never buy this shoe again. They need to step of there quality control. I got a full refund for my shoe but I truly advise everyone to never buy this shoe no matter how good it looks

Wore them less than 10 times, started falling apart. Laces weren't long enough in the least bit. Returned them thankfully for full price.

Currently on my second pair in less than a month (thank you Backcountry.com). We will see how this pair holds up. Originally received a pair for Christmas. Initially, the boots seem very well built and look great. Also, the comfort is amazing, well done Vans. HOWEVER, the waterproofing on the boots began ungluing in less that 3 weeks. I have only worn the boots around town and to my office. No hikes or anything else that would be considered demanding/damaging to the boot. They've been worn about 15-20 times at most. Again, around town and to my office. The most disappointing part of this experience is how Vans customer service deleted my first review (can't include the price I paid in the review, what a joke Vans) and sent the WEAKEST email asking for more information and THEN didn't even follow up on my response. Man, for the high price tag, I expect far better longevity, quality AND customer service. Honestly, this will be the last time I ever ask for or purchase another Vans product. It's a shame, because this boot is very comfortable and has potential. Just don't expect them to last. I've had Merrell's last for YEARS with far more wear and less money.

Only have owned these boots for 3 weeks and even thought they are comfortable it's not worth the price if they won't last. Highly disappointed in the product considering I love vans shoes. Highly recommend not buying these until changes are made.

Both the lace hole areas are separating from the glue already and it's only been 5 weeks and the front is easily scuffed . On another note they are super comfortable and warm and when new super stylish but after a day or so they look worn and old
