This is a great jacket. It is super warm which is great for Chicago winters! I sized up so I could have room for layering.

I'm 5'1, so petite and about 145 Ibs. I so have a curvy, hour glass figure. In jeans, I usually wear an 8. I took a chance and got a size small. It fits perfect! The hood doesn't sit high over my face, my hands fit through the built in warmers great. The length of the sleeves and fit is spot on. I can't speak to warmth yet, but seems very well built.

The parka coat was tailored for me! I could not believe it. It was also warm and comfortable. Initially I was hesitant to buy the coat since I already have a lot . My daughter convinced me to buy one since she has one herself that she had been wearing for few years now. Well, I will be wearing this coat this winter and in the many years to come. Thank you Mel.

Warm. Long. Lots of buttons and zippers for options

So glad I bought this! Extremely well designed with a lot of pocket space. No shallow pockets here! Had everything i was looking for: a hood that would fit well and STAY PUT, long enough to keep me warm, said pockets, and an excellent it. It also has the adjustable waist in the back and at the wrists, plus those, don't known what you call them, but those things that extend from the sleeve that fit around your thumb for hand warmth. I was concerned about buying something like this online, never did that before. I am old enough that my only frame of reference for things like this is going to a store and actually trying things on, but the fit is very true to size. There is also a thing on the back of the hood that I have not played with yet, that adjusts the fit of the hood. Finally, it is very lightweight for such a warm coat. LOVE. IT.

I honestly love this coat it's super soft. Love the spots for the thumbs. Double pockets is a great feature.

I love this coat. It is so warm, has sleeves that cover your wrists complete with thumb holes, and it doesn't feel too heavy. I bought this for a trip to New York and to help face a cold snap where I live and it was perfect!

The Gold lining is super warm this is the reason I picked this coat. So happy I did!

I've been wearing this coat for the past week walking the dog in 0 degree (F) windchill and now freezing rain. Kept me warm and dry.

I bought this for my soon to be college daughter to wear on campus next year. We love it. It is long with out being too long, it has multiple pockets for dorm room keys, phone, and of course to keep hands warm, and we love the option of being able to remove the fur from the hood. She has worn it in the single digit temps that we have had these past few days and found it to be very warm. This jacket is a boxier cut though it does have the pull tabs to cinch it up at the waist in the back.

Already in love with this coat and haven't stopped wearing it since it arrived. Warm and cozy - perfect for Alaskan winters!

Love most every thing about my new parka from the state of the art gold lining that reflects body heat which eliminates the need for extra layers to the inner sleeves with a thumb hole for keeping hands & wrists warm. The only thing I would improve is making the zipper easier to find & use. It's set too far in. Otherwise it's great for extreme cold.

Great fit. I am 160 and 5'11" and I got a large and it fits perfectly. It is very warm and lightweight.

Feels very warm. I only have to wear my uniqlo heat tech shirt underneath this coat while wind gusts were 49 and temp is 29 F

Coat is weighty, and true to size. Great for DC winters. I'm 5"3 and the coat is just long enough to hit my knees. I truly love all of the compartments. The coat really keeps the elements out with the insulated lining. Truly a good investment. I definitely recommend this apparel.
