Fit and size okay, but every single Columbia jacket I tried, in all price ranges, had zipper issues. Looked like it'd break any minute. Not worth the effort and price when there are so many options. It's going back.

I really appreciated the number and good size of the pockets. Many parkas only have one interior pocket and smallish hand warmer pockets, leaving me with no where to store my phone, keys, hat when not wearing, etc. But the fur on the hood is awful, and I did not like the material of the coat much either. It is not shiny and slippery like many parkas and seemed like lint would stick to italso, the " dark nocturnal" color is not dark blue as I thought from the name, but a medium washed denim color.

Website says it runs small. Not true. Buy your size fit.

I love this jacket, it's super warm. But the pockets are not warm and are not wind proof. The zipper also extends too far up and doesn't make it super comfortable around the neck. I got a medium and I'm 5 9.

This coat is super warm and the Omni-heat lining is wonderful. I thought the Merlot color may be too "berry" but it is a really nice deep wine red. The hood even fit great and actually stays on my head without falling forward over my eyes. However, the proportions and shape of this jacket are so strange and led to me returning. I am tall (5'7") with a long torso and arms, and somehow, this jacket made my torso look even longer. I'm not sure if it's the jacket waist hitting lower than my already low natural waist or the fact that the pockets are basically down toward the bottom of my thighs, but it just looked like I was swimming in the jacket despite it fitting well from a sizing standpoint overall. It was uncomfortable to have my hands in the pockets because it felt like I was reaching to put my hands in them (even with my long arms). Just some strange features in an otherwise really well made and warm coat. Unfortunately ended up returning. Also - PLEASE put more pockets in women's coats! Why can't we get more inside zip pockets??

Love the merlot color- but if your used to light weight jackets- this isn't for you. It is very heavy. Also- the lower pockets- I'm 5'3" and the pockets are so low I can barely get my hands in them, let alone reach to the bottom of them to get what's in them without squirming around. I've been to the hockey rinks and I love the length for sitting, but I haven't been as warm as I anticipated- I may be wearing less layers bc I expected it to be warmer???

Too snug around hips, long in arms, huge hood. Very heavy and warm.

Prefer the Apres Arson cut and style over this style. I've owned it for years and it's been phenomenal in frozen Chicago winters. I can't say enough good things! This year, I wanted to 'upgrade' and tried this instead -- horrible cut. The pockets are visibly bulky and draw attention compared to the Apres slimming look. I also prefer the back slit on the Apres. Returned and went back to my tried and true.

This coat came with a non-functioning zipper. Super disappointing that Colombia did not even care enough to inspect the quality of this product before shipping it out.

I have ordered this jacket 3 times now and every time the color is wrong! It looks great and seems like it will be warm, however I've had multiple snow storms here this year and each time the jacket arrives in the wrong color so I have not been able to wear it. I wanted black but for some reason the warehouse keeps sending me grey and Columbia cannot seem to get it right no matter how many times I patiently explain why I am sending it back. So disappointed!
