It was woolier than I expected yet color is rich , looking for thinner robe . Though this one is luxurious , its a bit bulky.

Ordered as a gift so can't comment on anything other than the robe came when stated and in a timely manner. Color looks as expected.

The robe is very soft and comfy, but it sheds. It left little pink pieces of fabric everywhere. We have yet to wash it, I'm afraid of what might happen. Have considered returning because of this. Also, very disappointed in the packaging. Ugg is a well known expensive brand and it came shoved into a plastic bag. Made me think, this item was used and returned.

I love everything about this robe. What isn't to love? It's plush, soft, warm, and well made. 5+ stars

Love it in the morning when it is cold outside. Fits great and feel lovely.

It's so soft and cozy and it's a beautiful shade of pink. It's true to size.

This robe is the softest, could wear it all day.. The only drawback is that my daughter wishes it was a little longer..

I washed it prior to wearing it. Followed the tag directions. Changed the texture of the robe. Still soft just not as much. Kinda bummed given the cost.

Robe is warm and cozy. But I look like a fat polar bear. The fleece tends to mat and looks dirty after just a couple of wearing. I have loved previous uggs robes this one not so much. It was a Christmas gift

She love it but after having it a little while the fabric doesn't seem as soft.

I was so excited to get this robe but super disappointed with how it fit and felt Prob my own personal preference but the sleeved were too fitted (I am a medium and am 5'5 150lbs) and the hood is SO BULKY

The house coat is super comfortable. However I don't believe it's worth the price. Following washing instructions and it lost the "fluffy" effect after one wash. I think it's over priced for the quality received but I do like it. I also think the sizing is slightly smaller than what you're expecting. The size I ordered fits as I expected it too, but it is slightly smaller than I thought it would be. For tall humans it's quite short!

My purple/white UGG Aarti robe I got from the NYC Flagship store has a hole in the left pocket. I've only washed it twice & followed the wash rules on the tag. I got it on Christmas & it already has a hole

I’m not fat but I looked like a giant pink wall in this robe. The big pockets don’t help. It’s a lot of robe.

I love this robe however it came with a huge hole in the arm pit area. I didn't want to have to go through all of the return shipping & repurchasing.

It's for winter not summer. Beautiful color and fluffy.

I thought this would be beautiful -- fluffy and white, feminine and sexy with the front opening being able to be as open or closed as I like. However, I ordered my normal size and -- HORRORS. The front would barely close. How could I feel anything but a bit shy wearing that. So, I decided to exchange it for the next largest size -- surely that would be ample and roomy and relaxed. It came and I tried it on. Oh, no! It is bigger, but not really big enough. Am I FAT? Am I really THAT FAT? I've been stalling around about sending it back because it IS pretty and I DO want it, and I SHOULD LOSE 10 POUNDS . . . (BUT WILL I? AND EVEN IF I do and am successful at it (as I was three months ago when I did it), being large is better than being skimpy. So, if I can find all the wrapping paper and tags and everything (good luck to me with THAT!), I probably would like to send it back and exchange it one more time. I guess I'm just really disappointed. I had given it a 4 stars overall and 4 for comfort and 5 for style, but -- after writing all this -- just went back and revised my ratings. Bathrobes are SUPPOSED to be ample, aren't they? All the ones I've ever had before were plenty room. I didn't feel as though the company was trying to save money on fabric by cutting things so close. So there. I guess I'll send this one back too, if I can. Need to stop stalling and just deal with it and do it. I hate to send stuff back and will try to pretend it's pretty and wear it anyway to avoid the waste of time. Maybe it's better to vent here and then do what I need to do. Wonder how many other people out there keep stuff because they don't want to send it back. Ugh! (PS -- I looked at the photo one more time. It does look tailored and trim on the model. Is that how people are wearing robes? Like a tailored coat? Not sure why I didn't notice how narrow it is -- probably because it's fuzzy and fluffy. It shows the way it is, but, you know, models are anorexic and I am not fat but certainly not anorexic looking like they are. So, I guess I'd say it's a 5 -star robe if you are 5'7" and weigh less than 110 lbs.

But the PILING is horrendous! I can't wear this over my lounging clothing because once I take it off, the material is all over everything and even gets on my shoulder length hair if my hair becomes trapped in the collar. This is the first purchase from UGG that made me go UGH.

The sleeve was not sewed completely and upon opening the package, there are some holes where sleeves are connected to the body. I will have to sew myself and it is quite disappointing for such a prestigious brand, the most basic element (sewing) is not done right. I got a size medium to be cozy and not have it be tight, which works well but I feel like a giant when I wear this. The softness and coziness is absolutely real.
