I’m not fat but I looked like a giant pink wall in this robe. The big pockets don’t help. It’s a lot of robe.

I love this robe however it came with a huge hole in the arm pit area. I didn't want to have to go through all of the return shipping & repurchasing.

Fabric too thin, robe ran small and was too short

It's for winter not summer. Beautiful color and fluffy.

I thought this would be beautiful -- fluffy and white, feminine and sexy with the front opening being able to be as open or closed as I like. However, I ordered my normal size and -- HORRORS. The front would barely close. How could I feel anything but a bit shy wearing that. So, I decided to exchange it for the next largest size -- surely that would be ample and roomy and relaxed. It came and I tried it on. Oh, no! It is bigger, but not really big enough. Am I FAT? Am I really THAT FAT? I've been stalling around about sending it back because it IS pretty and I DO want it, and I SHOULD LOSE 10 POUNDS . . . (BUT WILL I? AND EVEN IF I do and am successful at it (as I was three months ago when I did it), being large is better than being skimpy. So, if I can find all the wrapping paper and tags and everything (good luck to me with THAT!), I probably would like to send it back and exchange it one more time. I guess I'm just really disappointed. I had given it a 4 stars overall and 4 for comfort and 5 for style, but -- after writing all this -- just went back and revised my ratings. Bathrobes are SUPPOSED to be ample, aren't they? All the ones I've ever had before were plenty room. I didn't feel as though the company was trying to save money on fabric by cutting things so close. So there. I guess I'll send this one back too, if I can. Need to stop stalling and just deal with it and do it. I hate to send stuff back and will try to pretend it's pretty and wear it anyway to avoid the waste of time. Maybe it's better to vent here and then do what I need to do. Wonder how many other people out there keep stuff because they don't want to send it back. Ugh! (PS -- I looked at the photo one more time. It does look tailored and trim on the model. Is that how people are wearing robes? Like a tailored coat? Not sure why I didn't notice how narrow it is -- probably because it's fuzzy and fluffy. It shows the way it is, but, you know, models are anorexic and I am not fat but certainly not anorexic looking like they are. So, I guess I'd say it's a 5 -star robe if you are 5'7" and weigh less than 110 lbs.

But the PILING is horrendous! I can't wear this over my lounging clothing because once I take it off, the material is all over everything and even gets on my shoulder length hair if my hair becomes trapped in the collar. This is the first purchase from UGG that made me go UGH.

The sleeve was not sewed completely and upon opening the package, there are some holes where sleeves are connected to the body. I will have to sew myself and it is quite disappointing for such a prestigious brand, the most basic element (sewing) is not done right. I got a size medium to be cozy and not have it be tight, which works well but I feel like a giant when I wear this. The softness and coziness is absolutely real.

Parts of robe melted in dryer

Poor quality and fell apart in the wash after the first wash even before wearing it!!! In addition the package when arrived had a smell that it meant it had to be washed.

Bought this gift for my fiance for valentines day . And it was used . Stained and pockets were ripped . Asked for a refund and no reply. Very upsetting . Never again

As soon as she wore it, fuzz got all in her hair and all over her clothes. Very cheap material. Do not buy

I was super excited about this robe and after few washes, it does not feel soft.

I want to love this robe, I like the color and plush fabric. I've had it for 2 months and the seams are failing. So disappointed.

Sent me a robe jus thrown in box no labels to return no plastic on my robe no wrapping just thrown in a cardboard box from off a shelf! What a waste!!

It leaves fuzzies all over. The top part of the robe is way larger than the rest. It came packaged in a plastic bag, not what I was expecting at all. The color is fantastic though.

It's not really absorbent. It's more fleece like than I thought it would be.

The end of the sleeves were worn as if the robe was a year old. I have another aarti robe from UGG. It is soft and fuzzy. Fine fur. This one from zappos was course fur and rough. I feel it was either a knock off or an old one someone else returned after wearing for a time. I hate to complain so much. I've never had to comlain at all on the other sites I shop on and I shop ALOT!! I don't know what the problem is with your site. I thought it was supposed to be great, afterall it has been here along time. I am confused.....
