nice looking boot and comfortable but the sole fell apart after three months took them back got a pair under warranty as the sole fell apart the next ones did the same so gave up

I searched high and low, ordered about seven different types of Chelsea boots, trying to find some that were both comfortable and stylish. After all the selections, the Ariat sat on top. They were the best. I wanted boots with a stacked leather heel, hopefully waterproof, just general classic good looks. Less than a year later, I go to put my boots on and notice a piece of leather hanging from the back. The stacked leather heel is just a sticker. It's not leather, it's a piece of plastic covered by "leather".

Boot broke 3 days after I got them. Customer service and warranty process is a nightmare. I've been waiting for a response for over a month. Terrible quality and service.

Rubs the back of my heels. They sit a little too high.

I'm really disappointed with my Ariat boots. After only two wears, the heel started peeling. The heel has a leather veneer over plastic, and it's clear it will just fall off over time. I submitted a claim to customer service, but I didn't hear anything back for three weeks. When I finally tried calling to follow up, I was left sitting on hold for 30 minutes. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I expected way better for the price.

Avoid... poor quality for the price... heel peeled after a couple of months wear. Boots are not worth it.

Huge Ariat fan, and I have been looking for a pair of quality Chelsea boots. So when I found these I thought I hit the jackpot. Nope. The whole boot is fine except for the heel. The tread literally PEELED off and the fake wood sides did the same. I had these boots for a total of 4 days before I returned them.

I would love to give this boot a positive review. We were on vacation with some friends and one of the guys were wearing these boots. I thought that they were great. Terrific style and color. Asked if he would recommend them. Emphatic yes! Dude they are the best he said. I ordered them and was excited to get them delivered when we got home. Three days later I received an email saying they are on back order. Since, I've received dozens of emails. 0 about this boot being back in stock. Only trying to sell me something else.

worst boot i have ever bought. Fake good year welk. Separated from upper within the first couple of weeks. Plastic heal stack wearing down after only a couple of months. Insole is also wearing out.

The heels are total garbage construction. I had mine for a week and the thin leather lining around the outside of the heals started falling apart and then the soles of the heal started delaminating. I expected these to be quality and durable from the description and pictures and they most certainly are not. These are boots just for looks. Don't try to do any work in them.

Boots are fine. Customer service was terrible. I called and it was impossible to get through to a person on the phone. I did the online chat - the fist person hung up on me when they heard my question so I had to sit through the chat queue for another 8 minutes and that person would not help me. Then I submitted a case through the online form, received a confirmation with a case #, but then never heard back from anyone. Sadly, this will be my last Ariat purchase.

Never received, tracking number (FedEx) says they are still awaiting package

Purchased these,nice quality,have worn a few times,but for me they are very uncomfortable.Only had a month or so,but can't wear them,disappointing,because the were not cheap

I have a wide foot and the boot although well made just doesn't fit right

Have been trying to order these boots for 4 months always sold out in my size. Finally got thru and ordered them, only to get the wrong boots and size shipped to me. So I guess I'm done trying to order these would of been nice to actually get them.
