It is all around great shoe the design is super clean I love how durable they feel and also being very light and the pop cushion insoles leave your feet feeling like you're on clouds I would give this shoe a 10/10!

I have been wearing vans since 1979 and I have always enjoyed them. Now that I'm in my 50's I am so glad they make popcush insoles. I have 43 pairs of vans and I wear a different pair everyday to work and when I'm off. Great shoes for any age!

Great quality and comfort shoe!!

These have been the best shoe in the vans line up since they came out. Toe box is wide enough for wide feet. Very comfortable and great heal grab. They stay on your feet without tying them tight. Just enough padding to be comfortable without looking like a kid shoe. I've had probably 15 pairs of them. Theyre great for auto repair, which involves chemical exposure and crawling around on the ground. Much more agile than a work boot. I get a good 6 months of every day abuse out of a pair, on average. I had two pairs in a row, however that wore out extremely quick and not sure why. Maybe unlucky .. I'll keep buying them as long as they make them. I just wish a standard black and white (signature vans) color scheme was always available.

Bought these for work. Not only are they some of the best style of vans shoes in my opinion, they are also super comfortable. I have wide feet so skate shoes are the most tolerable and rowans always deliver. #sweepstakes

I have two other pairs. I use them for skateboarding and love the feel I have on the skateboard for vert and bowl skating.

Wearing vans my whole life (40) these are absolutely hands down the most soft, cushiony vans I've worn. I'm loyal to old skools, but these are life changing. Probably because I'm old now but these things are comfy! I wear them everyday for my retail job and they are better and longer lasting than the made for the makers line. Note: I don't skate anymore but as vans, these are pillows for your feet. Bought them on sale and buying a new pair now, 1.5 years later and they aren't even worn out yet.

Prob my 5th pair or solove the mid top for support and protection and the Vulcanized sole for board feel. The only shows I wanna skate in and doesn't hurt that they look fresh too

I use these shoes for walking and general daily use. As a commercial printer, I also use these shoes for support during my somewhat extended periods of standing and walking at work. I like the color and the quality of this pair of shoes I own many different pairs of vans which I particularly enjoy because of the way Vans fit my feet. I did not need even one day to break these shoes in straight out of the box. They felt comfortable and I didn't want to take them off the whole day so from my perspective, I would highly recommend trying these and if you like a unique green color these are a good fit.

These are the most comfortable vans I've have ever owned. I have been wearing vans for 30 years and recently picked up a pair of Rowans on sale, I immediately had to buy another. They are such a great fit! They are light weight and flexible, but you can feel they are sturdy and durable. Beautifully styled with simple, yet tasteful touches. I will be wearing the Rowan for as long as they are on the market!

I bought these shoes for a tournament. They work out fantastic! I love the feel and grip i get! Plus the style! I couldnt ask for a better shoes than vans!!

Best pair of Vans I have owned to date. I hope that these get restocked till the end of time. The all black with just the right amount of pop with the white sidestripe is everything I could ask for in a day to day pair of Vans. I'm in love.

These are the best skate shoe I've had in 24 years of skateboarding - I've had 4 pairs. They are comfortable, durable and fit a perfect happy medium in that they have more support and padding than something like an Era or an Old School, but are not 90's bulky and still have great board feel. I have skated street and transition in them a bunch and worn them for plenty of non-skate activities too. They fit well for slightly wider feet. I really hope Vans keeps making these, as I have a pair of the Rowan 2 as well and they are nearly as comfortable as the original Rowan (and with a steeper price tag). Please keep making these in at least a black and white color way!

Feels like a HalfCab with a lower profile that's not as stiff in design. Out of the box these are snug if you lace them all the way up, but like all my Vans I loose lace them and have zero pain points during the break in process. I'm heavy-set with flat feet. Break in period was 30 mins out of the box into my warm up session, but I think I could break these in around the same amount of time just walking around. I skate a lot of flat land and had to adjust my flick because of the raised toe bumpers, but it's been awesome for me since. I rarely skate gaps so the Popcush has me covered for my impact protection needs. This model has found a special place in my heart and I still find random colorways in my local store in my size every now and then that I buy without a second thought. I have 3 pairs of the Rowan 2 which I also love, but I don't necessarily need all the updated tech that model provides and prefer the board feel this model gives me. Really wish this model wasn't discontinued, but that's what I get for sleeping on Vans until last year. Bought the olive/black pair that was on markdown during Black Friday sales and wished I got multiple. Lucked out and got a black/black/white pair on the website that popped up in my size after being out of stock forever. A really versatile shoe for skating but can be used as an everyday/everything shoe because of it's style, quality, & comfort.

Really comfortable, sole has good grip. Recommend the scotchguard protector, they get dirty easy.

These are the best fit Vans shoes I have ever had, and have allowed me to have the perfect feel and control of my board while wearing these shows. I am going to get the Rowan II as well.

There should always be a brown and brown shoe in the vans line up.
