I bought this in my regular size (8) and also half-size up (8-1/2) per comments people left. No size of this shoe will ever fit my foot - I have a VERY high arch and instep making it impossible to get my foot into the shoes. Very disappointed because they are adorable.
I'd also recommend:
NAOT, L'Artiste (Spring Step), (only the styles for high arches in any brand.

There was no option for "misguided and extremely aggressive arch support." The arch inside goes all the way into the middle of the foot and after walking a couple miles in them today, I have nerve pain right in that spot. It is so painful! Like the worst accupressure ever. I don't normally have any type of foot problems or foot pain, I am a healthy person who wears practical shoes. These have destroyed me.

I have Chaco sandals and bought the same size. I couldn't even get my foot into these. They were much lighter than I thought they would be. As for support, I really can't say since I couldn't get them on.
