Comfortable and enough support to work all day with no issues!

I love Chaco shoes for arch support and comfort!

I ordered a 1/2 size up as suggested and these fit perfectly with socks on. I use these as a warm, supportive "indoor" shoe in my house that is often very cool in the winter. They are perfect for that use. I like the loop by the heel to make them easy to put on and the strap holds the shoe snug. I would not wear these "out" because the look is more of a slipper, but I wear them everyday indoors. Love them.

I have narrow feet and my heel slipped in the shoe. I ordered up a half size which felt fine in the toe box, but too loose in the heel.

They felt snug, had to use a shoe horn to put them on =\

I ordered the same size as my Revel shoes, but these fit shorter. Other than that, they have a great NON removable footbed and nice grippy soles. They should be fairly warm with the soft fleece lining.

Beautifully made shoe but normal size did not work with wool socks so had to return.

The buckle fasteners are difficult to manage.

i ordered a full size larger after ordering a half size larger which were a little tight. the larger size fit well and i'm very pleased with the shoes. they're great looking and seem to be well made.

Have to return these for my wife. Too small. Keeping mine; they do run "slightly small". Definitely NOT a Chaco Sandal Arch Support (slight arch, but better than nothing).

I wanted to LOVE these shoes. The fit was a tad small as my normal shoe size is 7-7.5 and I ordered an 8. The shoe felt warm and comfortable but I am having to return them only because I have a high instep and the elastic strap inside the shoe caused some discomfort, in that, it felt too tight after a long day. Also because this shoe is more of a boot style they took a bit more effort to put on, which is fine, but may be an issue when trying to get out of a tent in the middle of the night because Mother Nature calls and she does not wait, lol. Other than the high instep issue and the challenge to slip on these shoes were warm, comfy and the color was awesome!

I am a true 9 with bunions so generally I need a wider toe box. These are perfect. Do not size up. These are super comfortable. Plan to wear them out and about on errands in the wet and snowy New England weather.

Chacos recommends sizing up. I didn’t listen since I purchased this in the lower style in the half size up and I thought it was too big (returned for different reason). Purchased these in my normal size, both with regular sock and thick socks they are a little too small. Ordered an extra half size up we shall see.. also be careful! I originally ordered the men’s version of these and they were obviously way too big. These are the women’s version (2 out of 4 colorways are different).

Impossible to pull on so I am returning. I have a really narrow foot... was hoping the higher top and buckle would work for me. If the strap had an easy open/close buckle I would have kept them - but it didn't.

Size was OK but I really needed a Wide, which is not available, so back they go.

I loved the color and the look of these on my feet. The fabric is soft and accommodating. The soles are something else, though. They are incredibly hard. I did like the foot bed but walking was extremely uncomfortable. I prefer a little give, some softness, more flex. So, sadly, these are going back.

The toe box was not as roomy I it looked. The back pull attachment pushed on the back of my ankle. I like my chaco sandals and was hoping these would be as good as those.

I tried three different pairs. The shoes ran small, were somewhat difficult to slip into, and there was an odd bump of material by the ankle in each pair in BOTH shoes. Maybe it was just my expectations, but overall, they just didn't feel comfortable and supportive like my other Chacos.

I wanted to love these. I wear a straight size 10, not bigger not smaller and I have never had to return a womens shoe because of size until now. These were much to short and while I really wanted to love them I decided to return them. I am very sad.

Overall a well made slipper, but it was more like an outdoor shoe… I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t slip in and and go. I had to cinch the strap, so I returned.

I like the material however the width was too large.

This shoe, size 9, fit my narrowish 8.5/9 feet! But it was not comfortable for me so am returning. Thanks to Zappos for easy returns.

They are cheaply made and very uncomfortable.

More like a house shoe than an outdoor shoe. The arch did not feel comfortable bin returning these

Shoe was too hard to pull on. If the buckle was easy to open and close I might have kept these, but I could barely pull them on - and I have an extremely narrow foot. Hard pass.
