Brought this item for my daughter and it actually worked in the cold!

Excellent cold weather gear, fourth one I bought, great and black

Kept me nice and warm during my early morning runs when it's below 30 degrees.

No swing restrictions, comfortable walking, just the right warmth on days from low 30's to low 50's. They fit well under pants.
