The old saying of, "You get what you pay for," is almost always true. This is the case with this UA ColdGear baselayer. You can certainly buy baselayers for less from many companies. Of course, this is what Under Armour was founded on and is known best for and it shows. This is warmer than most baselayers for the money and far better than discount or "budget" baselayers. I went smaller than normal on this. I typically wear a medium in most UA items, but for something like this that I want to wear close to my body to keep me warm, I opted for small. I tried on both medium and small and felt like the small would keep me warmer -- which is the entire point -- while the medium was slightly more comfortable. This shirt IS comfortable, even in the small. It keeps me warm and it moves when I do, how I do. I highly recommend this. If you can get it at the winter sale or some similar sale, it is a tremendous value. It is soft on the inside and keeps you warm. Pair it with a fleece over it, or a hooded fleece, and a down vest/coat and you will be warm.

I'm a golfer and this shirt is so comfortable. Really like feel of the fabric and my wife says it comes out of the dryer ready to wear. Great product.

This shirt keeps you nice and warm when you're working on the ice.

This shirt is great as a base-layer to help keep you warm while playing any sport (or being outside in the cold in general). The fit is perfect, tight enough to not be noticable or annoying under other clothes but not so tight that it's uncomfortable. The material feels great and does the job. It fits true to size and was exactly what I hoped for!

Never truly had a base layer for colder weather and this shirt is extremely comfortable to wear and helps keep you warm in layers as your base layer. Extremely happy with my purchase.
