I love the look of these sandals but the piece between the toes rubbed a blister after one hour of wear.

Love the shoe but I feel the straps are way too roomy. Too much strap. Need to cut the straps littler so the show doesn't flip on your feet. Wish they had been different because I loved the padding of the shoe.

The shoes were cute and would have been comfortable but too narrow

I've always loved the look of Jack Rogers shoes, but never could wear them because the hard sole hurt my feet. I was glad to see the comfort sandal. I was disappointed that the style was compromised in order to get the comfort. Many shoes are comfortable without the earth shoe look that says matronly. I gave them a shot anyhow and was not thrilled with the look or the comfort. The lasts still are not good for my feet. I'll wear them for short periods but don't think I'll buy more. I'm very sad as I was hoping to finally get the fashion look of Jack. Rogers without the pain. Hope the company will try to accommodate those of us who find them painful

Seems to run on the smaller side. I am always an 8 but need an 8.5 for length in these. Unfortunatley, they are all sold out in 8.5 so the verdict is still out regarding their comfort level.

These new sandals are so uncomfortable, the thong between the toes is not at all like my other JRs. Maybe after I wear them for a while they will loosen up. Soles feel great though...

I like the comfort aspect yet I feel it is too narrow

The foot bed off the sandal picks up every bit of dirt and makes the shoe look un presentable after the first wear.

They are cute but I expected the footbed to have a cushion. It's hard rubber. More support than the original Jacks, but not much. Also the toe tongs need to be broken in. They gave me blisters the first day. Softer after you wear them. I really wanted to love these but won't buy another pair.

It's true the footbed is a little more comfortable but it's very stiff. The thong for the toes is giving me blisters. It's not as soft as the original Jacks. So the jury is mixed for me. Not more comfortable than the originals.

I was so glad to finally find a cute pair of Navy sandals. Sadly, these didn't fit my foot well. The footbed was comfortable, but the thong piece (In between the toes) cut into that tender area. I would never have been able to wear them for more than a few minutes. Also, the color was a flat finish that didn't show the cute pattern.

Super cute but the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever wore . I have tried only wearing a couple hours a day to see if the need a breaking in but they are so uncomfortable I can't wear for very long and definitely NOT if I need to do any amount of walking. Very disappointing

The color looked turquoise in the picture but was actually a Williamsburg blue. The "comfort" sole was hard as a rock and the whole shoe really hurt my feet! I have worn Jack Rogers sandals for many years.

Very snug and small. I've worn the same size shoe for over 25 years. Having a hard time getting return/exchange. Not really worth the price right now.

I was so excited when I saw the comfort jacks line. I've always loved the look of Jacks sandals but they weren't comfortable to wear for long. I purchased this pair and after one week of wear (and not even daily wear) I'm already seeing where some of the looped/wrapped leather around the sandal has started coming undone. Very disappointed with the quality. The look and the new comfort sole are nice but too expensive to fall apart after one week.
