Love the sandals, they are wonderful just didn't realize how narrow they would be.

Love the comfort of these I've had several pairs of regular Jack sandals because I loved the look but if I'm being honest they were not supportive and comfortable. I did order I size larger as recommended on the website and the Forbes fits well.

I am normally a size 8 but needed a 8 1/2 with these. (Jack Rogers had the best exchange system I have ever used, by the way). These shoes required a three day break in with the toe strap, which was super stiff and painful initially. But honestly, after 3 days it totally softened up and now they are so comfortable. I love these sandals and I have gotten many compliments while wearing them! Four stars but only for the break in period. Ten stars for customer service!

I did have to go with the 8, instead of 8.5 and even still, it feels a bit loose- although I'm keeping them and have worn now for a week. Not as comfortable as my Merrill sandals because the footbed is quite hard- and this is the 'comfort' sandal. I really wanted to buy the original, flat sole style but didn't based on comments that it was not that comfortable. I am glad I did get the comfort sandal, even though it is by far not the most comfortable sandal I own. But, it might be the cutest!

Gotta break them in but they fit like a glove! And ship pretty fast! Love it!

Looks nice. Pictures look like you're getting a really comfy sandal, but looks can be deceiving. They are not that comfortable. Keeping them just the same as I don't plan on long walks with these.

Size up at least a half size; I'm a 8.5-9 and 9 is too short

Love this shoe! The only thing is for me the leather is too big. If you would just shorten it a teeny bit the shoe would be the best ever shoe!! I ordered the white ones and too much space in the leather part. It's def not too tight. I have wide feet and these are perfect for wide feet. Jack Rodgers please sew the leather part a teeny bit shorter so there won't be too much room especially when we walk. That will make them perfect!!!

This are really nice and sooo comfortable for walking. I wanted to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller but to no surprise, they are completely sold out. I will definitely buy another pair or two in other colors when they become available again.

I am usually between sizes and don't have a particularly wide foot...but the comfort sandals are gappy around my mid foot. Not really attractive. I will try to order a half size down and hope the aren't as clompy feeling as the ones I got are.

Arch was high for me. Began to redden the bottom of my feet. It was a final sale.

These sandals are really beautiful. That being said, I found them to be uncomfortable- the piece between the toes is very hard and hurt me almost immediately. Also the footbed looks like it will be very comfortable, but it's very hardno cushion or softness at all. I see other people wearing these to walk around all day, so maybe it's just me who feels this way. One more thing- I've seen that they recommend you size up in these, but I didn't find that to be the case. They were true to size for me in length, and the part you slip your foot into was a little loose.

I expected the sole to be more flexible and softer; instead it was very hard and there was little arch support. Unfortunately my first pair of Jack's had to go back. The stars are for customer service. They are great and so responsive! Thank you!

For some reason I was sent the version with white contrast instead of the full platinum version. In any case, the thong part is much less comfortable than my prior rose gold pair, and the sandals squeak a lot. I used some leather conditioner to cut down on the noise a bit. Disappointed.

These are fine. I would never describe them as comfortable but perhaps the normal version is super uncomfortable so these might be better by comparison.

Very nice but too wide

My reason for 3 stars: After being a JR customer for 25 years, I decided to order a couple of pair of the comfort Jacks for the first time ( I have owned the classic JR sandals). As suggested by JR description and some reviews on their website, I ordered a half size up. They were way too loose/wide. I wish I would have ignored JR suggestion and ordered my true size 8 regular. These sandals do have a comfy feel like my birkensock sandals (which I always order true to size). I wish I would have thought of this before ordering these sandals on final sale. I don't believe I can exchange Final Sale items but I will contact customer service and hope for the best. Lesson learned, ugh!! I did state that I would recommend these to a friend below because of JR quality and comfort level, but with strong precaution on sizing and final sale items.

I had high hopes for these sandals. They are cute on and are molded to your feet with arch support but calling them "comfort" is misleading. Yes, they are more comfortable than Jack's regular sandals that are flat with no support, but these are NOT padded in any way and feel hard walking in them. I expected some padding. I cannot see how I would be able to wear these walking around all day. Also, the description says they run small. I am a 6/12 with most shoes so I ordered a 7. I wish I had ordered the 6 1/2. They are not big, but I could have ordered my normal size. I would return them, but they are final sale so I cannot return. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Too stiff for me and I have arthritis in my feet.
