The straps will stretch out after a few wears. Then your your feet will slide forward making it dangerous to walk.
Customer service acknowledged this happens but does nothing.

I was so happy that Jack Rogers came out with this comfort option for their classic sandal. I've always loved the look of Jacks but could not wear the traditional sandal with the hard bottom. This style ran very wide and I had to return them because my feet slipped right through. But I purchased the comfort sandal with the toe piece in platinum which fits perfectly. Now I own two pairs, one in white and one in platinum!
