I really wanted to keep these sandals because they are so flattering andI really like the style. Unfortunately they are too narrow and the sides are stiff so they weren't comfortable, even after several attempts to wear them around the house.

These are so cute. A little tight and will require breaking in, but comfortable and well made. My normal size of 9.5 fit fine in this sandal.

I have many pairs of JR classic thongs and, admittedly, they aren't the most comfortable shoe. I love this look (comfort Lauren) and the arch support. Don't mistake them for a Birkenstock because they're definitely a more delicate look but probably not as comfortable. They are just what I was looking for and I'll get lots of wear out of them this summer.

I have normal/wide feet and these are a little too wide. Not so much that they slide off, but I feel like I have to grip my toes when walking. They are very comfortable otherwise.

I don't even know what to say. I ordered these and PRAYED they would get here before I left for Florida on Saturday... i got them today and CRIED I was so excited for my first Jacks!!! I ordered 8s as that is my usual size... they are small... my feet barely fit in the footbed and my toes don't line up with the toe bump thing, if I line my toes up then my heel sticks off... now I won't have any sandals at all for my trip and I have to go through the whole ordeal of an exchange which is fine I guess but I am so frustrated because I wanted them SO BAD for my trip.... customer service got back to me right away so that was nice though.

This sandal was marketed as "Comfort", unfortunately for my foot it was definitely not comfort. The footbed had a very uncomfortable surface with slight ridges & grooves that did not fit my foot at all. The size 7 would have been a perfect fit were it not for this odd feature. The letter straps across the op of my foot were very comfortable as was the length of the sole. Too bad...they were pretty BUT I could not walk in them just trying them out on carpeting in my house.

The only issue is the toe strap is too tight which makes your foot slide back to edge of shoes making it uncomfortable on the bottom edge of my heel. I love Jack roger sandals but won't purchase this style again unless they loosen the toe strap a bit

Unfortunately this shoe was not comfortable on me. Either it was too narrow or the footbed not flexible enough for my foot.
I was really hoping it would be comfortable because it is a very cute shoe. Too bad!

I was so excited and hopeful these would be my new favorite Jack Rodgers. However, I have only had them for 2 weeks and the straps are already stretched out. The foot bed is true to size but cause pain now they are loose.

I wear a 6 or 6.5 but zappos suggested a 7 for me in this sandal. It is too big. The inner and outer soles are light and they look cheap. I might order a 6.5 in this style, but I'm not exchanging. I'll look for something else before I consider a smaller size because of the light soles. Very little arch support

Site described shoes running true to size so I ordered 5-1/2 which turned out to be too large. So I'm stuck w/pr of shoes which I can't wear since it was final sale. Have always ordered sz 5 in reg Lauren but depended on guidance from JR site.

Love everything about these shoes.. the style, the comfort. Truly so so comfortable. BUT the material the footbed is made out of ripped on the 3rd wear. The quality just doesn't seem to be there on these ones. Sad because I would love all styles in the comfort bottoms, but not for the price and 3 wears..

Unfortunately these "comfort" sandals were not at all comfortable on my foot. There are ridges built into the footbed & my foot did not conform to these ridges at all. I could barely walk in them. Very pretty BUT had to be returned.
