Boots ok but don't use loop to pull up. I have used the loops to pull the boots up as mine are still pretty new. Today the loop on my left boot broke. What's the point of the loop if it can't handle being used to pull up the boot?

I could not even get my feet into the shoes because the ankle opening was incredibly narrow and there wasn't enough stretch. I don't think sizing up would help.

Unfortunately I decided to return the boots. While the quality and look were great, it was a struggle slipping then onto my foot. I wish there was a zipper. Once on, the size was good and the boot was comfortable.

Boots are pretty stiff and hard to put on. The back tab ripped after only wearing twice. I will be trying to return them.

These were purchased for my daughter. They are INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to get onto her feet. It seems like the opening or the heel is too narrow. However, once on they fit her fine. She's 10 years old, and she felt so grown up wearing these shoes that she didn't want me to return them. However, after wearing them for awhile, and struggling each time with getting them on, she's since decided they're just too difficult to wear. We'd hoped they'd stretch a bit after wearing. They did not.

I have two other pairs of booties from Tom's and they fit great! Still look great after a few years, too.. However, these boots are so tight I couldn't get them on. Will return.

When I bought the shoe it was not clear that it was non returnable. Should be stated clearly. Now I'm stuck with an uncomfortable shoe that doesn't fit.

I bought this pair of boots at Christmas time as a gift to me! Anyways, I've worn them three times and the loop on the back of the boot ripped out of the back of the shoe! I barely pulled on it.

I wore these for 2 hours and I wanted to cry. They hurt so bad around my foot and my ankle. I felt like every time I moved it cut my ankle and when I took them off my ankle are was so red.

It was incredibly hard to even get my foot in these. That was an immediate NO for me. The leather is stiff so that made it even harder. Once I got them on my feet I really liked them but sent back.

Was so excited about these boots and love Toms, but I couldn't get my foot into the boot the opening was so tight. A zipper would have helped but even then I'm afraid they would be too tight around the ankle. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed. The second time I tried to pull on my left boot - the back strap broke. Customer service was not helpful and I'm nervous to send back the boots and not get a refund.
