I have multiple colors of the Dakota boots but this lighter color is my least fave. Something about it makes them look big and clunky. That said, glad to have them in my arsenalthese are practically the only shoe I wear in winter!

This is a great looking sturdy boot that still looks feminine enough. It feels little narrow on my foot, so may not be suitable for broader feet. I was concerned as there is no zip but it's easy enough to slip on. Actually faster than zip ups! Would have given five stars if they offered a wider option too.

I own several pairs of Toms and these quickly became my favorite! Very cute and you can dress them up or down!

They are a quality boot, that overall is stylish and comfortable. My only issue is that the sizing is a bit snug and I would recommend sizing up a half size. If possible, I would exchange mine.

I love the look, I love the feel, but they are a pain to get on. It takes a lot to get them on my foot!

I have only been able to wear them for short periods of time. The right boot is causing discomfort on my pinky toe. I am hoping they will stretch out a bit. I have to bring back up shoes to work when I wear them. I am disappointed that they are not completely comfortable. The left boot is perfect. My friend who recommended them wears hers all day and loves them.

Great quality, but they are too narrow. I'm a size 7 regular and these fit very very tight. I feel like I would need wide instead of regular.

Needed a bigger size - previous Tom's I have worn an 8 this one I need an 8.5

These are beautiful boots and I have received so many compliments on them! I wear a size ten, and they're a bit narrow, so they are not the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. It is hard for me to wear them an entire day.

I really liked these boots and ordered on-line. Didn't realize they are extremely narrow. Currently have a boot stretcher in them. Hoping that helps.

Boots are fine. However, I was gifted 200.00 in gift cards and was only able to use one per order. When I reached out to inquire about this nonsensical policy, customer service representative was shockingly rude and unapologetic. My plan was to spend more than the gift cards, but I changed my mind after this experience. I will not be a Tom's customer moving forward. You can get comparable Chelsea boots lots of places that don't have super weird policies and rude service.

I like them once they are in but they are very difficult to get on. I even get cramps in my calves trying to get them on.

They were so tight on my Achilles. I have to send them back. They are also very narrow. I wear an 8 in every other shoe and brand. 8 was way too small!

Cute shoebut so narrow. Also add shows a boot with fur and a line of colors under it Not all of these colors are actually available with fur. Disappointing. Ordering a larger size

They are quality made and look nice. But the description is a bit off. They are narrow and run a bit small. Sad because I wore them once and now I know they won't work for me. My regular size is too small!! Size up if you want to be able to actually wear them.
