I purchased the green pair in a size 13 for my kid who is transitioning from a size 12 to 13, but had to return these for a size 1 because they were smaller than other shoes he's worn. So I recommend going up one size. Other than that, they're very cute and comfy with a thick sole. They're also good for winter because the material is thicker than regular vans. Overall, we're really happy with these shoes!

all weather shoes? My sons feet were so wet from walking in the snow his toes were burning. Super disappointed in these "ALL WEATHER" vans. & they were pricey. Not worth it. Would not recommend and honestly disappointed in this product.

Fit is great, the faux fur detail is cute. They keep my daughter's feet dry, and the grip keeps her from slipping in the snow.

Purchased for my 7 years old daughter. She usually wear between 1 or 1.5 depend on brands. Purchased 2 for reading review this fits smaller. When I received it, it looks way too big! But when she tried it on, surprisingly not that much and inside fits almost close. It made bulky so looks big, but length are almost her size and width seems little wider and space to grow, but you can also tighten with velcro closure and that helps. Overall this shoes fits like 1.5 for my daughter, I still keep it because my daughter loved the animal pattern on shelpa and for extra space to grow for coming up col season. Seems made well and last long. (Hopefully!)

I was a little nervous my 10 year old would find these babyish because of the velcro. She loves these sneakers so much, she squealed when she opened the box. They are adorable and she reports they are cozy.

Bought these for my kindergartner since it's been raining . They feel nice and soft on the inside . Feels sturdy and waterproof. very stylish too! Definitely recommend

My little girl loves these. She's always cold and they keep her ankles warm, plus she's girly so she likes the "fuzzy". I love the bottom of these shoes, super tough, great for hiking.

These are a great 3 season sneakers. They are warm and keep kids feet dry. Some of the reviews mention short straps. My kid has skinny feet so the Velcro goes all the way across, but if your kid has really chubby feet the shoes will still Velcro but probably won't reach all the way across. It wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me. Love these shoes.

My son is out of toddler shoes, but not quite tying his own shoes. I'm so glad that they made the Velcro version of these! I did see that the straps were a little short but it seems like it's been fixed. I would definitely recommend.

My kid said they're good. He wears them to school in 50 degree ish weather. We bought them to prevent any wet socks during random rainy days. Vans sizing is pretty accurate, so I'm sure it's perfect for the season.

My 8 year old son has been wearing them for a few months now and they have been great in the rain and mud that he gets into. The comments about the straps being too short don't make any sense to me. If you don't actually tighten them they might be too short, but if you tighten them as they are supposed to be they are just fine.
