These were for my wife for Christmas. She loves them!

My wife says it's one of the best gifts I could have gotten her . I recommend anyone who has to be on there feet all day get a pair make sure their full cushion hiking socks even the short socks can be found it's not easy to find them on the LL bean site that needs improvement . Title and slogan these socks were made for walking and that's just what these do ,LL bean has got them they fit right inside your shoes .

Snowshoes in Northern Washington state with temps in teens and at about 4500 ft altitude. Feet were toasty and dry thee whole time. I have worn Smartwool socks hiking in warm and cold weather, even wet they keep my feet warm. I swear by them! Keep up the good work.

Could there be a perfect sock out there? Yes and omg finally found them! Super soft, comfortable and warm. They aren't overly warm that they make you sweat. Stays put and very comfortable with all sorts of shoes and activities. I was hesitant because of the price point but well worth the price. They initially said backordered but shipped a month in advance

These I use for colder days. They are thick I wear them in my rain boots and snow boots. All smartwool socks are heavenly. so comfy.

The cushioning and feel is like your feet are getting hugs all day long. They stay up on calves even when doing lots of movement.

I can always rely on these for excellent gifts. Hikers in the family know how wonderful they are. Others are amazed to learn how well they manage moisture while providing support and protection in cold and hot temperatures. My sister, niece, (and next up) nephew love these socks. I have nothing bad to say about them (!) though the new name (Hike Full Cushion) might seem a bit harder to distinguish from other Smartwool lines than the former name (PhD Outdoor). Do yourself and family a giant favor either by buying these or (sometimes) waiting for them to come back into stock!#sweepstakes

Love these socks! They're warm and have a lot of cushion and never give me blisters but are still fit in all my normal shoes (not just my big winter boots).

I purchased 4 pairs of these socks so I can wear them every day. The socks are very supportive, comfortable, and stay up. I've washed and dried them many times and they continue to be high quality socks.

I love the Smartwool socks. Only wish they made them as compression socks up to the knee.
