use these socks for warmer days of walking, hiking and hunting. Very comfortable and no issues with my feet. They just feel great!!!!

These socks are fantastic. I thru hiked the AT with 3 pairs of these with no problems. I did lose the elastic in one pair of them after I got home, but they replaced them with a new pair at no cost. When I do the CDT and PCT, these are the socks I'll be wearing.

These are soft, comfortable socks. The level of thickness indicated on the website is accurate. Good material, great for warmer weather. Come a little less than half way up my shin. I'll be hiking in these socks for years.

Warm, cozy

I wear my SmartWool socks in both my boots and hiking shoes daily. They offer excellent cushioning for my feet. I also appreciate that they keep my feet warm and do not slip or ball up under my feet like some cheaper socks do. It's hard to go back to regular cotton socks after wearing these.

I bought these hiking socks as gifts for Christmas because I think they're the best comfy wool socks anybody could use. I have always loved wearing these ski socks for skiing because they are warm and comfortable. So I know these would make great gifts for my loved ones.
