We bought these several times now and my husband wears them everywhere.

I use these socks to wear around the house as comfy lounging socks, but also to wear out and about with tennis shoes. They feel great for both activities!

actually just a smidge too thick and warm for the summer usage I was looking for. I want merino wool socks that A) won't fall down into my shoe and B) won't overheat, and will breathe. These socks are close; I think the thinnest Smartwool makes? I'll take one step thinner if I can find it.

All I wear now is smartwool socks. Love that these have light cushion. I now have 20 pairs of crew and low ankle socks. Because I can wear them 2-3 days each, I only have to wash a load every 2 months! 6 times a year!! This investment will last a long time.

These are cushioned with mid-foot support. I wear them while hiking and decided my husband needed an upgrade.

My son loves these socks. He gets socks every Christmas!

Compared to other well known competitors, these are wider in the toes and have a nice stretch. Very comfortable.

This is my 7 pair of socks that I bought that are Amartwool. I tried other and they can not compare to Smartwool. They are a fit perfect and no pain from sock lines. I live in Florida and wear them summer months. They repel the sweat and my feet do not stink or smell. I will buy more and they are worth ever penny.

I love these socks! They fit perfectly. I wear a size 8 shoe and I ordered the medium socks and they fit great. I loved them so much I ordered two more pairs.

My feet sweat alot. These are great socks for running. Playing basketball and for everyday wear.

I was given my first pair of Smartwool socks about eight years ago, and they are now worn out, and I need replacements. I tried other brands, but they are not comparable to the fit and comfort of Smartwool socks, which is excellent.

I use these for running in lace-up run-specific shoes and also as everyday socks in slip-on shoes wonderful for oth!

I do have an issue with the packaging. I used scissors along the inside of the folded, glued top. This is usually a safe place to open an envelope. One pair of the socks I ordered were stuck along this edge and before I knew it I have cut into the socks.

Great quality. More size options would be ideal. I wear a size M10, and there is a lot of play in the large. Ideally, there should be a small, medium, and large. Fit is the only reason I would consider other options.

The cushioning is thicker than expected, which doesn't work with most of my walking/hiking shoes. I purchased the standard wool hiking sock maybe 3 years ago and love them, just wanted to add some more socks because I wear them all the time. I guess its my mistake. I will need to stick with no cushioning, just the standard sock. These socks are at the level of cushioning I would expect in the next level up of cushioning. Don't like to complain, but thought you should know since your asking.

Great customer service on replacing a pair that developed a hole near the toes. They are very comfortable, breathable and nice looking but I still question the build quality. They wool still looks weak by the toes. I make sure my nails are trimmed and no sharp edges but I'm not sure how long these will last. My friend is an Ironman and swears by them. Maybe I will have to go into a heavier wool sock.

Bought 8; sent 7. Did not reply to me notifying them of this. Still like the socks but will go to rei to buy them.

I'd love the socks if it weren't for the incredibly tight "collar" around ankle. It puts way too much pressure on the top of my foot. Let me know if there's something I can do to reduce the tightness.

Very thin and a hole developed after two uses.

ran small and pilled after one wash even though line dried as all my wools are. Inferior smartwool sock disappointed for sure!
