Added to my winter work socks. Like walking on thick carpeting all day. Being so thick, boots must loosened as much as possible when being put on to avoid bunching up of material.

These are awesome. I bought these to keep me warm while in Antarctica and wear with my Muck Boots. When I tried on the socks, they fit perfectly and had lot of cushion. I was a little concerned maybe too much and would not inside the Muck Boots but no problem. Now the Muck Boots fit perfect. I need more pairs! :-)

I ordered a two pairs of smartwool socks for my husband. He absolutely loves them!! I only ordered two because he's picky when it comes to wool socks, but because he loves them I'll definitely order more.

this sock is great if you have feet problems

My husband actually started me with these socks bc i have a foot condition and what a difference it makes, I have about 10 pair I need more but need to wait, this is only if you want very heavy socks every where on your foot, they have the max in heaviness, I love them

I had one pair of these already, and sensed that I would need more. Guess what: the ambient temps in the weeks after these arrived dropped to below -25 and I couldn't have been happier to have the warmest socks around while outside in the Maine North Woods!
