Good heavy sock

Good heavy sock. These should be warm.

The extra cushioning is great and the usual good quality wool is there. The only negative is that it's classified as a crew sock but it is a bit longer than the crew sock model with less cushioning. Not horrible but without question not your normal crew sock. It wasn't a shipping error either the sock tags said crew.

Great fit and quality . The cushioning is just enough for hanging around the house with no shoes on cold days .

Warm and lots of cushion. Worn for a winter hike and it felt good. Need more miles to make a better review. They are nice.

Love em! They are very warm. One thing to consider, they are thick so your shoes will be snug!

I have bought other socks, but these Smart Wool Mountaineering socks are amazing. The thick soles are both a nice insulation and very comfortable. I wear them all the time.

Not sure how durable they will be, but they do deliver on the promise of extra cushion.

My husband loves Smartwool socks! The only downside is the price.

These are my new favorite socks to wear at home! They replace my need for slippers, are soft and warm as can be. These fit well inside my winter boots and some clogs that are a little oversized, but are too thick to wear inside my fitted boots.

These have been my go-to socks for years. They are one of those rare quality items that are nearly impossible to find these days and well worth the price. Also fantastic for travel if you need to keep them in service for more than one wear. They are high quality, comfortable, and last forever.
