I love my new Smart Wool socks. They replaced a pair I had ppl for many years. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a well made comfortable sock.

LOVE -- these are super fast drying too. I walked through snow, ice, and rain in these and they have kept my feet warm and dry.

Use mine in winter boots. The comfiest socks I've ever had! They also wash well. Got mine with the extra cushioning. Didn't even know such socks were made. The only kind I'll ever want. I cut off the top of the cuff and they wash well!

I have several brands of boot socks in my drawer. Most are about the same age ~ 10 years. Other brands have worn (especially the heels) - but the SWs are still good as new.

If you live in the frozen north these are a lifesaver. They last forever, I have pairs that have hiked over 1,000 miles. They are the perfect weight to keep your feet warm in all weather without smothering your feet. I wear them hiking, snowboarding, just around the house in the winter, and anywhere else where my feet might be cold. I buy pairs every year to put in stockings for my friends and family.

I have tried other moisture wicking socks this year and found that nothing compares to the comfort of Smartwool. I hike about 2 miles a day for work and it's easy to notice the difference.

I got a pair of smart wool socks from a friend and I could not believe how comfortable and warm they are . I have had mine now for about 5 years and I treated myself to two more pairs for Christmas . I was a bit apprehensive about the price but they are worth every penny ! I even bought two pairs of cushioned ones for my husband .
