Not as comfortable as I was hoping. Not as much cushioning as expected and needs more arch for me.

I returned this boot because I didn't like the overall look. I thought the black boot would have a smooth finish, but it didn't. Also, maybe because of the way the shoes were in the box, they looked a little worn on the side.

I sent these as a gift to my daughter and she was not happy with them! Sorry! I have to return them! Will you please help me on how to do it! I have no receipt! I need address to return and want credit on my AmEx!

Boot is well made but I was expecting a softer fit and feel just like the standard Ugg boots I own. Not sure if they will stretch over time but hoping they do and reason for 3 stars.

The fit is a little off for me. Can't quite tighten the fit around the ankles and the left shoe rubs on the top of my foot if I wear too long. Since I bought them as a warm walking shoes that's a disappointment. But I can wear them for shorter periods of time and the cushioning in the sole is perfect. But I would t buy again.

I bought these boots for being outside in cold, wet grass with my dogs. Sadly, they did not fit. The toe box was narrow and the heel slipped. Too bad because finding a truly waterproof warm boot you can move around in is tough. They seemed good quality.

Cute everyday winter bootie. Would've been perfect if it had better arch support. Sadly, I'm returning them.

It was slippery and felt like it isn't the quality it should be. Felt like would wear out fast.

I love the look of this boot, which is why I purchased them in the first place, however I had to return them because the toe bed area was too narrow/too tight. I think they would have worked if I could have purchased the in a wide width but the don't come that way...

Hated it! The heel lifted and the toe is unflattering.

I love the look of these boots, unfortunately they were so stiff they rubbed on the back of my ankle causing a Sore. Had to return them.

Love these low top boots. Fit perfectly and the embroidery is darling.

i returned did not work for me

I use the shies and the top part where the seam is bruised the top my left foot more than the right and I did not use thick sock. I threw the box out but can no longer use them.

These boots are super cute, but waay too wide. I wear an 8 normally, but these were a little too tight, so I ordered an 8-1/2, and my foot got lost in it. The sides didn't even touch my foot and had a big wrinkle because it had no place to go. I tried tightening the laces and that didn't work. The top part was rubbing my ankle too. I called to see if they came in different widths, but the customer service rep looked to see if they did but couldn't find the answer. Apparently, they only come in "wide" because on the box it had "W" which I am assuming it meant wide, and they fit like a wide shoe. I love the boot, but it just wasn't a good fit for me!

I returned this item 2 daYS after I received it. They did not fit. I still do not see a credit for them on my credit card statement
