Keeps your fit warm. Fits true to size. I wish there was more arch support (i have flat feet) but i love them! I wore them biking through some wet weather, hiking through the snow, and on a trip to Rhode Island in February. Survived and thrived during it all.

If you're looking for the comfort of a sneaker combined with the warmth of a boot, this is it. The shoe is quite roomie so a thick pair of socks works well. If you're uncomfortable with a shoe that's not super snug in the width and around the ankle, maybe consider a different boot.

I love the ugh boots. However, they are too big. Please let people know in the size chart if the boots run big or true to size.

I prefer a boot that fees like it's supporting my ankles more. However, the UGG quality continues to be exceptional and the return service SUPER. (Just don't waste time with calling or emails. Unfortunately no response there)

Great winter boots, warm, waterproof and nice style, my wife love it

I bought these shoes to wear to work mainly because they are waterproof. The first time I wore them about half way through my day my right foot started to hurt. Although they were snug I thought maybe they would loosen up. I liked the shoe I wear a 6 1/2 and purchased a 7. Had to return for the lakeside zip puff. Didn't really like the look because I'm older and thought maybe I was to old. But they fit way better and actually keep my feet really warm.

My issue with these is one shoe feels more padded than the other. So it's a little odd when I'm walking. They are cute and otherwise fit well.

It's always a gamble purchasing footwear online for me, I am finding more and more lately that women's shoes are made more and more narrow. These boots are light and comfortable. I like that there's a true rubber sole with a tread to it less slip and slid in the messy weather to come.

Beautiful shoes, I wear 4.5 but they don't have my size so I ordered 5 to try. They did not fit so I had to send back. I wish they make 4.5 for women's. If so my closet will fill with Ugg's : )

Will use for casual dress. very well made but wish there was more support to steady my foot..maybe a firmer lining would be better..ended up buying shoe support inserts.

Nice boots but was a little wide for me, especially around the ankle..I'm usually a 10 in uggs so I went half a size down still waiting on my exchange.

I love these shoes. A tad narrow but will stretch. Very comfortable.

Overall fine but the fit is a bit strange. I ordered my usual size but the hill comes up and out of the shoe while walking.

item is too big. I wore them before determining this. Would go for 1/2 size down
