The design is flawed as the zipper is merely there as an eye catcher and not to provide room to the your feet into the shoes. It took me over 1 minutes to get 1 foot in and I gave up after minute 5 for the next foot. To top it off, the size 7 looked more like a 9- and felt that way at least with the one foot I was able to get in. The icing on the cake is I have not receivd a refund- a month later

Loved the look of this boot so I purchased it. Once it got here and tried it on was the problem. It's almost impossible to slide your foot in the boot as the zipper does not go all the way up. It only opens for a few inches below the fur cuff of the boot. Just so you know I have a size 6- 1/2 foot and slim ankles. I would not buy this again even though it's really a good looking boot.

There is only a small zipper in the side that doesn't go all the way to the top. I could not get my foot down into the shoe. I had to return the shoes. Very cute style, but the design is wrong.

I should have listened to the reviews!!! These were EXTREMELY difficult to put on to the point my husband had to keep helping me put them on!! The side zipper serves absolutely NO purpose and does not help when putting these on. The cuff is fake so you can't even slide your fingers underneath to help pull the boots on. I finally gave them to my daughter!

These boots are next to impossible to get on and the. When you get them on they aren't warm at all. I am so sad I wasted my money on these.

love the style and everything but unfortunately I purchased my regular size and i couldn't get my foot inside of shoe so I had to return and the next size up was out of stock.

Too difficult to put them on

They look nice but are designed very poorly. The area around the ankle is very narrow and that little zipper does absolutely nothing to allow space for the foot to get into the boot. I am a regular size 10 and ordered a 10. They already look pretty big. I have no idea how they fit because my foot wouldn't go in. I am returning them. I wish I had read the other reviews that mentioned this problem before ordering them. Very disappointing.

I have worn this type boot for a few years and my current pair was getting worn out so I thought that I would buy a new pair. To my dismay, the zipper doesn't go all the way up or down. I cannot put my size 9 1/2 foot into this boot.at all! Whoever designed this should be fired!

I saw these boots and instantly fell in love. Unsure of the size I first bought a 7.5. I am a true 8 but have also gotten 7.5. Way too small and purchase the 8. Without socks my foot slipped through however with socks could not get my foot in. FYI, average foot size, not a high instep. Returned and one more try with 8.5. Without socks, my foot slipped in like the 8, with socks could not get my food in again. I tried nylon knee highs and my foot managed to get in but do I love them enough to always wear nylon knee highs? These boots need a full zipper that runs the entire side of the boot! Come on Uggs you can do better!

I was sent the wrong color, and I couldn't fit my foot into the boot!

The boot fits comfortably once you get it on, but because of the half zip in the middle it was hard to get on and I needed help to take it off.

The way the little zipper on the side is placed, it did not slow it to open up for my foot to get in. The leather right below the cuff would not allow the top of my foot and heel to fit in the boot. And since I am a half size I increased to the next size.

With the zipper not going all the way up,I was unable to get my foot into the boot. Poor design.

I've bought a similar boot to this for many years running. They were perfection--look nice, easy to get on and off, you can walk for miles in them and will keep your feet very warm. But this year, this version has a zipper that doesn't go to the top of the boot. It's a weird half zipper. The upshot is they're impossible to get on and off. I had to return them...

I don't have wide feet, nor do I have fat ankles, these boots are impossible to get on. After several attempts I finally got ONE on they fit, so its not the size. I wish the zipper went all the way up. I have to return these, so dissapointed.

Great Boots but who is that "genius" that decided to put a half zipper on a side instead of a full zipper? If you are a person with a high arch you can't wear it.

The boots are super cute but I along with others could not get these on. The boots have a side zipper but I am unclear as to its purpose as it does nothing to aid you to get the boot on. These boots were be perfection if the side zipper actually run up the whole side. Sadly, had to return.
