I needed to send it back due to fitting too big.

Love the product figuring out sizes for gifts is very challenging.

Once these boots are on, they are very comfortable, but It is very difficult to put them on. I have a really difficult time with the left boot, and I cannot wear my regular Pacas socks.

I really love the look of this boot , but as stated in previous reviews, the boot was SUPER SUPER difficult to get on and it looks like I might have wear them without socks which I hate! I was planning on purchasing a second pair in the Chestnut color but now I'm having second thoughts. My first thought was to return them after having such difficulty getting them on ,but since I was able to get them on and they are super comfy, I think I will keep them but I will think a little harder and longer about purchasing a second pair. I would only recommend this boot to a person only if the don't mind and are patient in the difficulty in getting them on.

Far to tight in the heel

I have older UGG boots that are similar but the zipper goes all the way up. These zippers stop at the fleece and I have a hard time getting them on as have a high arch in my foot. They are beautiful and warm and I thought I could make them work, but its a struggle. I am waiting for the old design to come back as it makes more sense!

This is my 2nd pair of shoes from UGG. However, with this new one, I find the quality not as good as my old boots. The 1st time I wore it, I was surprised to see that the front (toe box/cap) area is already faded despite my being careful. As you can see in the picture I uploaded (unfortunately, everytime I upload the photo, it just loading up & does not upload it successfully), I was just wearing it for 3 days. In the image of the shoe model, the color is a bit darker in front but now, after just 2 weeks of wearing it, it already showed a tremendous amount of wear & tear as if it has been worn for a year! I haven't even worn it during rainy days (even though it is waterproof), just to protect it. Now, I can't even imagine how it would look after wearing it during snowy weather. It's really comfortable & keeps my feet warm during cold weather; however, it already looks so worn out which is really unacceptable for the price I paid. It's not even on sale, so I expected better-quality boots.

Very hard to get foot down the boot because zipper doesn't go to the top

Very nice boot. Comfortable & warm. The only problem is that it's difficult to pull up. There are no boot straps. So I suggest a shoe horn. Great quality ~ no water in these boots .

Love the style of the boot, but its super hard to put on. Anyone who struggles with getting shoes on, this is not for you!

Really liked the first version of this boot, where the zipper went all the way to the top. Please bring those back, I need to replace my old pair for this fall and winter. Thank-you

The shoes look nice, and probably would be nice, IF I COULD GET MY FOOT INTO THEM. I literally could NOT get my foot past the furry part at the top. The zipper is useless. Maybe if you have a very small heal and order a size up? I have multiple pairs of Uggs and love them all. (I would recommend the classic boots, they're wonderful.) I bought the same size as the other pairs that I own. I really struggled, hoping to push my foot through, but it was just not possible. Disappointing. Now I need to figure out how to return them...

Beautiful boot but the instep is to small/ narrow to get the boot on Of u have bay feet no problem

This boot looks and feel comfortable, but very hard to put on and take off. I have to sit down and fight to pull this boots on my feet, that I don't like. When I have to take it off, I have to step on the back of the boots to take off.

I recently purchased these boots and have a love hate relationship with them. They are so difficult to get on with socks. Once I have them on, they are great. However, the struggle is too much and they will be finding a new home as I don't like struggling to get shoes on my feet.

The zipper does not go all the way up to insert my foot inside the boots. I am returning them.

Unfortunately I bought these before reading the reviews. Like so many other people I was not able to even get my foot into the boot. I'm not sure why there is a zipper as it only opens a small amount in the middle of the boot.
