They run very small and I earned a coupon from shopping here and used it but got the wrong size since the size chart isn't correct. I got the same size as all my other UGGs, but these ones ran very small, well they refunded my shoes instead of exchanging them and did not give me my coupon back.

No longer a fan, Terrible return policies and customer service. Product materials have changed dramatically and are borderline fake. End for me.

Unfortunately, we never got to wear these as the company did not fulfill my order, returned my money and my daughter didn't get this as a Christmas gift. And after all that you couldn't let me keep my points or even a coupon for a future product and you all still sent me a very kind invitation to review them so no soup for you! Your customer service sucks

It's a high platform that runs very small. It makes you feel off balanced. After a while your feet starts to hurt. Not comfortable like a slipper at all.

It does not fit. I want to return it.

I got 2 orders instead of one. Need to return both. As much as pretty they are they are not comfortable and my foot slips down. Run super small to the size and need to exchange for something else's

I purchased these online not trying them On. They are super cute but while I wear them and walk around my foot slips out of them. They have zero arch support. After wearing them for a few hours my foot hurting because of these. My arch keeps on cramping. I wouldn't recommend these if you plan on walking around in them. I guess these should be considered slippers.

I don't know what is wrong with the design of these, but it is literally impossible to walk in them without them slipping off your foot! Can't wear them

Hate that the slippers are not everything I thought they would be . I bought a cheap knock off pair to see if the height of the heel would be a problem and it wasn't so I ordered the Uggs . The knock offs are so comfortable , very soft foot bed , the toe box is perfect and the lining very soft . The Uggs foot bed is SO hard , toe box tight and lining is skimpy . I have worn them everyday for 4 wks in hopes they get a better fit but it hasn't helped. even tried a size 9 at a shoe store to see if sizing up would help but they weren't any better . . I own several Uggs styles also size 8 and love them but this slipper is disappointing , back to wearing my comfy knock offs .

I have tried wearing these in the house only and they just hurt. I kept thinking eventually they would get broken in. Not the case!

I know UGG had declined in quality but when I only wore these slippers once & the seal down the front seam started cracking, I was SHOCKED. So disappointed because I was SO EXCITED FOR THESE. They also run VERY small

After walking for a little while you'll notice that the back of the shoe isn't supportive enough. You'll find yourself slipping out of the shoe and you'll have to constantly readjust your foot in the shoe. Very upsetting and uncomfortable if I would have known I would have gone for the traditional pair and not the platform pair. Waste of money

After 3 days shoe showed visible signs of wear an inexpensive pair from a department store would have been better could not recommend this pair again

I got these as an early vday present to wear around the house, I've worn them twice around the house for a couple of hours each time and they are CHIPPING at the solid line down the middle of the front. It seems to be sealed in some sort of plastic material and the material is literally chipping!!!! So sad because I was so happy

Bought pair shoes for granddaughter got size up from original size she wears had to return to small received size 8 still too small returned for refund still awaiting money back customer service no help

Sizing runs small and this is SO hard to walk in. Unless you're planning on walking to the front door and back, these shoes are not your friend

These run smaller than other Ugg brand shoes I own. The platform isn't very comfortable making it difficult to walk in these.

It's to small and not recommended

Bought them for my wife at Christmas. Knew immediately that she didn't like them after she put them on and walked around. She said the are soft but heavy and stiff. "Like walking in cinder blocks"

It's always difficult to buy Uggs they're always on back orders and it seems that Uggs doesn't make it better . The customer service and tracking are really bad. I won't buy it again .

These should be called Disqshet. Lol. They are cute and warm but if you have a wider foot have fun with it constantly slipping off. your foot is never fully inside. even for not so wide feet, there is zero grip. It hurts to walk in them because you are constantly clenching your foot to keep them from slipping off. Literally only good for indoors. Or size down. Not sure what the issue is but they hurt. They are only cute to the eye. Otherwise terrible and i wish i didn't buy them. They are somehow too big and too small at the same time. they will squeeze the top of your foot but like i said with or without socks you will constantly be sliding in and out of them.
