This slipper is VERY hard to walk in. I will not be purchasing this product again

I ordered a pair of these slippers in a size 7. I normally a size 6.5 but since UGG does not have half sizes I sized up. When I received my order the slippers were too small and did not fit. I created an exchange and ordered a size 8 thinking maybe their shoes run small but when I received the size 8, they're way too big. I'm super disappointed because the slippers drag when I walk and I know if I try to do another exchange and size down the 7's are going to be to small. I don't really know what to do. These shoes were very expensive and as of now are hard to walk in.

My feet slide out which makes it very uncomfortable to wear and walk around. After wearing shoe for the first time for only two hours indoors a crack appeared on top of left shoe. The next day a crack appeared on top of right shoe. This is my first pair of Uggs and I will not buy any more.

I ordered based on the size chart and it is way too small

Based on reviews I purchased from a local store with a no return policy. The shoes are warm but unfortunately very difficult to walk in as they don't stay on.

The ridge on top of the slipper was cracked

I should have ordered a 10. They run small. Not very comfortable, they won't stay on my feet. They keep slipping.

Returned. Items runs small and it quite bulky. Ugg boots are easy to walk in, these are like walking on rolled up, thick padded fur.

This slipper won't stay on your feet! It is well made, but no support! I almost broke y neck wearing them!

They are really hard on the bottom. I work long hours on my feet. I was hoping to buy some thick soft and comfortable. They are soft ugg material inside but they are like standing on bricks. Not impressed. Might return.

I was very surprised that these slippers were not comfortable. I had bear paws in the past which were 1/2 the price and twice the comfort. Very disappointing.

These shoes are uncomfortable and slips off very easily.

I bought these thinking they'd be comfy, cute, and a little height booster for me as I am 5'1. Within the first few months a random liquid stain appeared on them and I did everything to fix it, including white vinegar and even buying a suede cleaner only for it to be 10x worse after. For shoes this expensive they should not be this easy to damage. Also, they are so uncomfortable. I wore them and walked around for a little while only to have my feet covered in blisters. So so disappointed for how expensive they were. Don't even waste your money, you're better off buying dupes that at least are comfortable and won't get ruined after one wear.

They are absolutely gorgeous, but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. From the moment I put them on and took my first step, my heels and ankles started to hurt. You definitely need to order one size up, because your regular size will feel too small. On top of that, they slip off easilyyour foot slides backward and doesn't stay in place, which makes walking in them even worse. These are not shoes for indoor or outdoor use; they're shoes just to look at. I bought them to wear around the house, and even then, they're just too uncomfortable to use

Sizing is off. Fits a .5-1 size too small!

These are not true to size. I feel they would crease in the toe area quickly. They were hard to walk in while keeping the shoe on my foot.

I love how comfortable these sleepers are but I can't wash the black off the soles of my feet and in between my toes. It's been 3weeks. Is this normal?
