I had to exchange it 3 times to get my right size and never had issue with UGG sizes. I'm an 8 and had to get a size 10!!! Not sure why these are made differently but def run small!

The slipper seem to run a little small. I would get a size up.

I brought these for my trip last week because 1 I love Uggs and 2 they are so cute! But upon putting them on I realized they are so hard to walk in, you can wear them with socks (not even the thinnest of socks) you have to drag your feet to keep them on! I was so disappointed with this.

I purchased the ugg slippers vome to find out they were cheaper in the mall

i've only worn these outside three times and the line in the middle of them is already cracking.

The sole is to thick, I trip on it all the time. I thought it was the same as an older one I had.

I have worn a size 8 for my entire adult life. The size 8 was huge. I had to return them.

i got this product from an ugg store i was so desperate to have it and didn't even try it on but when i came home i realized that the fur wasn't smooth and it felt like a used one...

Love the look of the shoe- it was exactly what was displayed on the website. The sizing, however, is inconsistent with my other Uggs. These run small and I was a little disappointed in that.

I wear a size 11-12 women's shoe and my heel was hanging off the edge of the size 12. The back of the shoe is slanted inwards so your foot doesn't have the normal amount of space. Because I wear a 12, I cannot size up so had to resort to a competitor brand that carries women's 13.

All of my other Uggs are size 7 and I had to buy these in a size 9 so my heel didn't hang off the end this was very frustrating since they are constantly sold out.

Way too small and tight for my size 9 feet, definitely recommend sizing up. Had to get a different style of slipper because this style was all sold out by the time I got my package so I was very disappointed that I couldn't even get them again in a bigger size.

I was so excited to receive these but unfortunately they were very small and not true to size. They looked great but definitely size up!

I love these slippers that I received about 2 months ago after about a month I noticed some of the material stretching/receding on the heel. They are not the quality I expected from this brand and for this price. They're super cute but not worth the money.

The difference between a size 10 and 11 was very miniscule. Sizing between 11 and 12 was much more. Settled with an 11 but wish it wasa tad bigger.

They're definitely aesthetically pleasing and the fur is warm and cozy, but they run small and unless I clench my feet with every step they start sliding off (and this is without socks). I'm usually a size 7.5 in other shoes, so I got an 8 in these and it still feels pretty snug. If they had an 8.5 I'd probably prefer that instead. Ultimately I would not buy these again because they cost way too much to have a problem like not staying on my feet. But if you're just going for looks, they are very cute.

I am a true size 8 and my heel was hanging off the back. There is a lot of lining in the shoe so you should definitely size up.

I want to love them. They fit JUST enough that I don't have to return, but they're definitely cutting it close. I'm an 8/8.5 so I went with 9 but could have gone up even further.
