Platform is higher than I thought, therefore making the shoe heavy. Comfortable but heavy.

Too tall for me.

They don't feel as high quality as they used to.

The shoes are super cute, but I wish the description would have told people to size up. I bought the same size that I have in my other Uggs & these are too tight. After looking online, I've seen others with the same complaint

Love Uggs. This style is not my favorite. I have a hard time keeping them on.

Not Ugg quality for this item . I returned mine coz of poor quality and they hurt my feet .

The sole has delaminated after two weeks.

Use for school and going out. Love the look and coziness. Don't love how they constantly feel like they are falling off your feet.

There are defects that wi would not expect from such an expensive shoe

I got these UGGs from my parents on Christmas. When I looked at them online, I thought they had ankle support, and was disappointed to see that they didn't. I guess I didn't look correctly hehe. And even though I got these a size bigger than my actual foot size, they still barely fit, even with my foot shoved in all the way. I feel really bad about returning them, but that's what I'm gonna do. I will get the classic micro instead. I would recommend this to someone else, just to get a size or 2 up.

Soles way to thick - hard to see in the photo

these run small. would have exchanged for larger size but they were sold out.

I purchased these online and am disappointed about the way they fit. I feel like I have to struggle to keep them on. They are mostly unwearable.

I am a 9.5 and purchased a 10. The back of my foot would hang off the back with and without socks and it hurt. They are so cute but I gave them away (I'd already tossed thr box) to a friend who wears a 7.5 and they fit her perfectly LOL.

I've had these for a long time now. They look so cute sitting in my closet. I want to wear them, but I can't because it's physically impossible the keep them on your feet. They flop Off and you trip and it's embarrassing.

They are a lot taller then I thought they would be. I do love the inside, so soft and warm. They feel more like a shoe then a slipper. I guess for the cost I was hoping I would love these. I do like them. The one major issue I am not happy with is staining. Some water got spilled on them and when it dried there was a stain there. I try using my UGG cleaning kit and it only made the spot bigger. For the cost I was just expecting to be more satisfied.

Insole padding makes the slippers bulky and unstable. They triggered plantar fasciitis! I'm so disappointed.

Not sure why all the platform slippers run supper small..usually size 6 but got a 7still small.

I purposely did not order the platform version and stuck to my tried and true style, that I have many many many pairs of. The bottoms of these are insanely thick to not be considered the platform style and I've been tripping over myself all day wearing slippers that I have been accustomed to for a very long time. Wish I would've known that not ordering the platforms would still give me a result of platforms

not as comfortable as they seem you just cant walk too long distances with them

I thought the color of the slippers was more of a light purple/gray but when I got them they are totally gray. I don't hate the color just not what I was expecting. As for the comfort, I have other ugg slippers that have more cushion on them, these are pretty firm.

I didn't know that the size will feel different compared to the boots

The shoe is too tight on the top so your foot doesn't get all the way in the shoe. Definitely buy a bigger size.
