I'm just disappointed in the size of this particular boot I have two pair of classics one is Chestnut and the other is black I bought them a few years ago in a size 9 they fit perfectly they just got old on me so I decided to purchase another pair and they came to me way too small and I wasn't even given the option to choose a different Pier or anything I use the $20 coupon for this particular order and I never got an email telling me that I can use the $20 coupon again for a different Pier so just a waste of time for me I'm very disappointed

I have numerous pair of Uggs, all in the same size. I bought these in the same size and they wouldn't fit on my foot. They are made deformed or something. Also, return process was costly and inefficient.

Thought the zipper would make it easier to get on but it was super uncomfortable putting your foot. Zper did not help

Has anyone been able to even get their foot inside ? The top is way too narrow. My mom has thin feet and small ankles and she couldn't even get them on.

I love ugg boots generally but these do not even fit. They were so cute and I wanted to make it work but they are wayyy too narrow, even for feet that are not very wide.

The zipper pulled right off within the first week.
