The boots are super cute but I can't even get it on my foot!! Can't slide past the entrance of the boot and they are supposed to be my size. Tried giving them to someone 2 sizes smaller than me and she couldn't even get her foot in either. Buy AT LEAST 2 sizes bigger if purchasing these boots! Disappointed because I really liked them.

I purchased a size 8, the same size I wear in all of my boots. I don't know what it is about the way this style was designed, but where the boot is sewn on top makes it nearly impossible to put the shoe on. The top of my foot was red and a bit sore with how much effort it took to put the shoe on. Cute but don't recommend. Will be returning. Also, the material isn't the same as the classic Uggs. Much thinner and feels cheaper in quality.

I found these super hard to get into! And then even after getting them on, they were not comfortable. I thought the shorter shaft would be a breeze but definitely not the case. I returned them right away.

I've been wanting a black pair of UGGs and I had a $20 off coupon so I decided to get these during their closet sale. I wish I had saved my coupon, because these weren't what I expected. I know they're mini, but they come basically at my ankle. I also have small ankles, so there was a huge gap. It just didn't look right, so I returned them.

I wear a 7 in all my shoes always order a 6 in UGGs and recently had a baby so I ordered a 7 since I'm in the post-baby. Was so disappointed that the shoe didn't even go on my feet but all my other Uggs fit. Annoyed at the size cutting as I also went to the store and noticed this as well

I bought these in black and chestnut. I am always a size 5 in Uggs. These would not go on my feet even with the Zipper open. The fur is not as thick as it usually is. The black was not black. They had the weird greenish look. These is need to be structured better. Back to the regular Uggs I go!

I miss the days of being able to slip UGGs on my feet. I have purchased four different "pull on" Uggs and they are impossible to get on. I was hoping having a small zipper would help, it did not. I do not have fat feet. I do not have fat ankles. I do not have fat legs I would need to buy a boot three times too big to be able to wear the minis that I have attempted to own. I'm done.

I could could not get my foot in no Mather how hard i tried . I wear an 8 in uggs so i wound up giving them to my niece who is a 6.5/7

These are so narrow! Way different from what i expected.

Large gap in the product. Not comfortable

I have regular width feet...not super narrow and not wide. I am a true 7.5, but sized up to the 8 because of the reviews stating it runs small/narrow. I couldn't even get my foot into the boot because it was so narrow. I would've had to crush the back of the boot to even squeeze into it. They run comically narrow, so if you have really thin feet, go for it. Sad because they look super cute. Definitely returning.

I love Ugg products but these are the worst boots I have ever purchased. They NEVER stay zipped. It is very embarrassing. If my husband hadn't thrown away the box I would have returned them. I hardly wear them. I love the lower cut but they just it in my closet because every time I try them with different socks or pants it's the same issue-they come unzipped within a few steps.

I purchased for my 9yr old niece size 5 woman and she couldn't even get her feet past the top portion, so narrow. I returned for a refund. I own a few myself. This was really disappointing.

This style of boot is sooooooo cute but sooooo narrow. I got it as a Christmas gift for my mom she wears a 10 I ordered a 11 she couldn't fit her foot in the boot. Sadly have to return.

These ran small, the zipper was uncomfortable, and the boot was hard to get on. I had to return. I have a small narrow foot.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas because I loved the look of the short boot. She has 2 other pair of UGGs and loves them. I bought her the same size as her other UGGs. She struggled to get her feet in them and they were extremely tight. The fit was very odd, the lining was not as thick as her other shoes/boot from the company and I felt the quality was not up to the standards of UGGs. If I did not get them directly from UGGs I would've thought they were a knock off. I'm returning them.

There is something wrong with these boots . I got size 7 and I am 6,5 and I can't even put my foot into it. The seem in the middle is so tight., it's impossible to move the foot inside the boot . Returned it . Don't recommend to buy

Very disappointed with this purchase. Shoes did not fit due to such a small shaft that it was impossible to get a normal sized adult foot in the boot. Return was supposed to be easy as clearly displayed on the website. Have contacted customer services 3 times without success, excuses ranging from return centre is down to contact a different customer service. Have been promised a refund which should have arrived within 1-3 business days. Needless to say, still waiting Never buying from this website again.

These boots are impossible to put on . The foot simply doesn't go in .

Either it was fake or the quality of Uggs has gone down. With the shoes I received the suede was rough and not velvety. The were marks on the outside of the shoe. The fur inside was coarse, sparse, and shorter compared to the other Uggs I have. I didn't even try them on. Looked at ''em said nope and back to the store they went.

I ordered a size 5 for my daughter. She is skinny but the shoes didn't fit her. It was way too tight. I wonder, who can actually fit in the boots.

The boot is cute but the zipper does not stay zipped.

I returned the Classic Mini with Zip. I could not get my size 7 in a size 7. The back zipper didn't help.
