This is a true jacket, super light. Felt TOO light, almost cheap. Short in body/arm length, too. Didn't feel like North Face to me, returned this for a better North Face product.

I ordered this jacket as a Christmas gift for my son. He was so looking forward to wearing it - I had him open the package and attempt to try it on. However, the zipper is visibly damaged I am not sure why we were shipped a damaged jacket that I paid more than $200. I am very disappointed that we waited so long to get it and once we receive it again visibly damaged!!!!

I returned this item because it was too big. I have yet to receive a receive a refund. It's been a month.

Doesn't have an inside pocket. Big let down.

the feathers started coming out of this jacket the very first time i wore it. every time i wear it more and more pop out of the seems. i tried to bring it to the store and was told they would do nothing!! i was told this was expected, but after barely wearing the jacket it should not already be having this many issues. quality is poor
